The front desk/ bartender at night was rude and in considerate we checked in on the 11th and our receipt said the tenth. Besides that the bartender was drinking beer and totally ignored me and my husband when we were in the casino so we went to our room. Witch was clean but very small and seems like it should... More

Great place to get some rest for a night. Not fancy...should be called "Four Sixes" (as in Motel 6) instead of "Four Jacks" Nothing in the room matched...dresser (1970s fake antique), chair #1 (1980s kitchen), chair #2 (2000s Office Depot), wall art (1960s fake impressionist), bed (1990s queen size saggy), comforter (1950s brothel), etc. The walls, doors, and sheets are... OK the hotel is getting pretty old and dated. The staff for the most part is really nice. The bar keep is the hotel clerk. Mostly smiles and friendly service. For the price the rooms are clean and comfortable. It has a bar casino and restaurant all attache. Now the restaurant.... Dirty in friendly and holy crap expensive. 13 bucks for... More

Have stayed at this motel many times heading north or south. Since just last Spring the Promo's are not as great as used to be....Food in Restaurant not the value, price too much for servings, quality & serving smaller. Rooms clean, some upgraded seen(bath room) Used to acquire one or two beds for same price....With times tighter, they should go... More

I would have rated this at least a 2 but since I was charged twice for my room and they will not refund my money without a bank statement I am giving them a 1. The beds were so so and the decor was awful. Our room came complete with a 19 inch tube television that had horrible reception. The... More

We were traveling from Northern Montana to Northern CA. This was the perfect 1/2 way point. Rolled in about 9:30 PM. I paid the $54 with tax for a room. I then went to the onsite restaurant where i had the rib eye, salad and baked potato. I do have to say the beer menu is fairly week. The dinner... More

Was on a motorcycle trip and stayed at Four Jacks for one night. It was a great stay. Room was huge, beds were comfortable and bathroom was very nicely upgraded. The casino offered great drink special to all hotel patrons (25 cent) drafts and free money ($5) just for filling out the survey after eating at the restaurant (which has... More

Large clean rooms, pleasant people, terrific little restaurant with the best ribeye steak! Drink specials for hotel guests that the big casinos cannot beat. If you're in Jackpot, NV you need to eat at this restaurant and stay at this hotel!

I got tired on my way through Vegas and stayed here. There is around 5 casino hotels in town. it was a Saturday night. Most of the casino action occurs at Cactus Pete. Cactus Pete was $180. Four Jacks was $60. West Star was $60. I thought this was going to be a cheap motel, but it was really clean... More
