Stayed for the 4th of July. Hotel room on 12th floor was very warned. Beaten down missing window shutter slots making the room bright very early at first light. Bathroom sinks were very low...crotch hight. Tile grout was dirty with stains, fausets looking aged, scratched and rusting. Smell of casino smoke permiated all the way to the 12th floor. Swiming... more

Thank you for your candid feedback about your experience here during the 4th of July. As you could probably tell, this is one of the busiest weekends of the year in Tahoe and certainly at the Hyatt. Generally smoking in the casino isn't an issue, but with the amount of guests that were on property during that time, it added...

Just back from a week at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe. The good: wonderful and convenient location, great pool/ pool and lakeside service is excellent, very good "family atmosphere" (bring makings for s'mores and roast marshmallows at the fire pit= instant s'mores party). The bad: 1. Actual hotel (we were in Spa Terrace) is not right on lake (have to... more

My wife and I just got back from 4 days at the Hyatt Lake Tahoe. We were upgraded to a Regency Club room on the 12th floor (top floor). I'd rate the room as average. It was a nice size, but the only windows are off to one side of the room and have dark wood plantation shutters. That makes... more

My husband and I traveled to Lake Tahoe for a boat show and went to the Hyatt website to check out hotel. The picture is very deceiving. The hotel is not on the lake. The restaurant is on the lake. There is a beach and pier but there are only a few cabins on the lake. We thought we had... more

Our stay at this Hyatt was top-knotch -- from arrival to departure, the service we received was remarkable. But the location is really the draw -- the drive up to the resort is beautiful and the hotel is situated very close to the lake. The best part of our stay was on the property's private beach -- it was amazing... more

We stayed at the Hyatt for our 15th anniversary. I had read reviews stating guests had noted their anniversaries and received special attention, so I unfortunately looked forward to this....We did not even have an acknowledgment of it (yes, I noted it in comments upon booking). I only mention this so others don't get their hopes up! We did receive... more

I booked the Hyatt at Incline for our 30th Anniversary and WOW...were we impressed with the staff and hotel. I booked on the Hyatt website, got the special deal where if you book 3 nights you get the 3rd night free, includes 3 free breakfast (one was Sunday brunch which was fabulous!) and I happened to mention under the comments... more

We just returned from a three day trip and stayed at the Hyatt Mon- Wed. This hotel has EXCELLENT customer service, GORGEOUS surroundings, and a lot of fun activities to do. We stayed in the tower on the 11th floor. We decided to upgrade at check in to the Regency Lounge access since it was $50 more per day instead... more
