Parkside Inn is decent for what it is-a low priced motel with a few extra services. There are some downsides, though. Here's the biggest. We stayed on the first floor. For two days, our post-ski/pre-night out rest couldn't happen. Those wood floors are great, but we could hear every single step from our upstairs neighbor. When there's a baby running... More

The room is clean, front desk person, very nice. Where to start? The property is old, and shows it. Outside needs redo. Room has laminate flooring. One wall heater for a large area. (I doubt there is AC). The bed is tied for the worst I have slept on in fifty years. The décor includes a wrought iron outdoor bistro... More

We stayed here for one night and I'm glad we didn't stay longer. It's no so bad, but definitely not worth $190+ per night! And more of a Motel 6 feel. It felt like I was staying at a relative's or friend's house -- not a nice clean hotel. For example, the room was freezing when we got in and... More

This charming place is centrally located and easy to access. Even has some covered parking. The room was exceptionally spotless and clean. Plenty of room to spread out. The only drawback were the pillows and the mattress. They need to be updated.

GOOD LOCATION. THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED! Very clean. Large breakfast room, cute decor. We were pleased with our visit. We were there in Oct and looked like it was close to full. A good value Indoor pool was dark, I decided not to use.

Parkside was inexpensive but nice and clean. The staff was nice too - and helpful; they told us the best place to make some needed purchases. The bathroom was nice, too. They seemed to be doing work on their parking lot; we had no trouble finding a spot though. The beds were comfortable. NO AC that we could find, and... More

The Parkside Inn is a nice clean basic motel you’d expect to find in the 80’s. Yes, it is dated, but close to Incline, and a reasonable price compared to it’s competition. Parking is easy, breakfast is simple and they have a nice flat screen TV in the breakfast room. I also noticed they leave the room open during much... More

We went to Tahoe during the peak of the summer seasons, when prices were high. We found the Parkside on a "blind" booking site and were very pleased. The rustic hotel is surrounded by towering fur trees. The desk clerk directed us to a magnificent lakefront restaurant, just a few blocks away. Starbucks was just down the street. The staff... More

A very rustic looking motel in Incline Village, the Parkside is a decent hotel. There are several things that we liked, but some definite areas for improvement. On a recent trip with my mom and 2 year old daughter, we spent two nights at Parkside. The cabin feel was charming, but quite cramped for the three of us. We had... More

This hotel is small and rustic. Our room, on the first floor, had two areas (not really rooms, but a partition between) with a queen bed in each. We had asked for a rollaway for my two year old granddaughter, but the rooms were not large enough to accommodate that, so they gave us a pack and play for her.... More
