We needed a room for one night and the hotel was perfect for what we wanted. There was no refrigerater or micro wave, but we did'nt need that. The room and bathroom were clean, the beds were comfortable and we slept good. Had new carpets in the halls and room. Only 15 min from the strip. Friendly staff. Can't beat... More

Casino is a great location to stop and take a break before getting into Vegas. Love the low bets for Craps only $1. Minimum $2 bet for roulette. Great place for learning the table games they will teach how to bet and not packed so easy to start before heading into Vegas.

My family needed a place to stay for on our way back to Arizona, so after driving more than 9 hours we stopped here for the night. We had driven by here many times, but had never stopped. We were dead tired, but were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms, kind staff and great food in the restaurant.... More

This property is right out of the 1960s and it smells the same way. Everything about this hotel and casino needs to be updated. Rooms are decorated poorly, beds uncomfortable, and it smells from to many years of cigarette smoking. Go past this one!!

We've been coming to this place for decades to eat ,when traveling thru. This was our 1st stay in the hotel, tho. TOP NOTCH staff! The room was huge, table and chairs, flat screen with many channels. Beds were comfortable. Towel and wash cloths mismatched, but that's not a biggie, they were soft. Didn't care for the small stand up... More

After reviewing some really bad hotels that fit our budget, we chose Railroad Pass Hotel& Casino. And I'm glad we did. The rooms were old, but it was still worth it. The staff was friendly and the check in was quick and easy. If I need to, I would stay here again.

This was a old hotel but the staff was really friendly and always there to help if there was something we needed. The room was old too but large sized and very clean. This is a hotel with heart and soul from a time where everything was a bit different. But all in all we had a nice stay and... More

We stay at the Railroad Pass Hotel & Casino 2 or 3 times a year. The location is convenient and the food buffet in the evening is outstanding. Great variety and great food. Breakfast is also good with hearty portions served. The rooms are good for the price. Nothing really fancy but you can get a good nights rest for... More

Railroad Pass is a throwback hotel/casino off the beaten path just outside of Henderson, Nevada heading toward the Hoover Dam. It may lack what some expect from a blinged-out Vegas strip spot, but for my money, I wouldn't change a thing about it. I found it a welcome relief from a lot of the snooty attitudes you find in Big... More

The casino and hotel are less congested than on the strip which a significant history. We prefer less glitz and glamore with better access and nicer people. Relaxing environment with years of experienced and happy employees. Restaurants are excellent, food quality is great, ease of access, free parking without miles to walk. Fun and enjoyable without the overbearing crowd and... More
