Nice rooms, locals gamble here. Tides Restaurant very good if you like Cajun. Capriotti's subs fantastic, Fatburger good for fast food. Some of the best rates for video poker around, plentiful $5 blackjack. We have gambled several times here but first time to stay. Nice pool area also. Will be back more

This was our second stay here this year. The first was in Feb 2009 and that was bad enough we thought we'd come back for seconds. We must not have learned our lesson. Huge hotel with decent restaurants and shopping nearby. Fabulous pool with cabanas and a sandy beach. Not too close the strip, which for us was great, but close enough to head in if you want to. We've stayed twice -- the first time the pool was freezing and the second time it was fine. more
