I happen to be a Member of the 'Loew's 1st ' Club and I often try to stay @ their properties where ever I travel. We stayed w/ the LLV Hotel once before and it was very pleasant - save for (one or two) families w/ kids. This trip however, was pure nuisance from the moment I stepped into the... more

Loews Lake Las Vegas is an unbelievable oasis to stay in while still being close to The Strip! We had an amazing week-long stay with a very accomodating staff, whether it was the conceirge recommending or booking a show in Vegas or the Arabesque Lounge bartender getting in a late dinner order for us, the whole experience was fantastic! Yes,... more

What a great staff at this resort. They told me they had been sold out since last Tuesday for the 4th of July weekend and in this economy I'm sure they were stretched thin... but you couldn't tell! When we arrived we were given a handicap room on the 8th floor. Not steller but it was very comfortable. It had... more

Nice resort set on scenic grounds with friendly staff. Only stayed for 1-short night, but would revisit. You will need a car, otherwise you're pretty much restricted to the hotel itself. Free and convenient self parking available. There is a shuttle to the nearby and similar Montalago Hotel, which also offers a small casino and outside shopping/eating area. Or just... more

We stayed 6-13-09 on our way out of taking the kids to Circus Circus all day in Las Vegas. I booked it due to good reviews here + their $99 special. It is a RESORT. VERY beautiful, large, sprawling, clean, classy............it's honeymoon nice. Fri and Sat nights they sell $5 "smores kits" (4 marshmellows, hersheys, grahms) and the there's a... more

We stayed here two nights. It was a long (long) drive out to find the resort, but once we found it we were wonderfully surprised at how beautiful it was. Pulling up I felt transported away from the Las Vegas "Strip" experience, away to an exotic desert oasis. Towering palm trees line the drive. Valets were waiting to open our... more

This place is fabulous!!! We travel 3x a year to Henderson and this is the best so far. Everything you want or need is in the nearby Village and the resort has a transportation service to and from. For a small tip you can take a trip into the village and shop, eat or gamble the service runs 24 hours... more

This was the on-site location of the Iron Girl Triathlon. Upon arrival, we asked for and received an immediate upgrade to a room overlooking the pool area. This was great, as my teenage son was a frequent visitor to the pool. We also asked the concierge and the front desk for a crib for our little one. The crib did... more

Selected and stayed at this Loews at Lake Las Vegas in Nevada, for 10 days. First the small bad, housekeeping missed our room three days. Thiis must have been an odd snafu, as other service was great. Now the good, The overall service in the hotel is very high level, from the valet, to bell man, to concierge, to front... more

My wife and I stayed here for two nights for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. Here is the "loew-down": Go to Loews Lake Las Vegas if (1) you want to be in Vegas but away from the stresses of the Strip (2) you enjoy swimming in a lake (3) you can get a discounted room online (4) you do not... more
