The rooms are nice. But, they are all lock off. There is zero insulation between the rooms. Every single word can be heard of a conversation in the next room. The people next to us went out leaving their dogs alone, which howled for 2 hours straight. Then they were up till 3 AM blasting the TV and loudly talking... More

Owner and satisfied with recent stay at resort. Thankful to Jan Reclusabo for making miracles happen for last minute girls getaway trip for myself, daughter and bff. Stayed at Bodie and Canyon buildings for a few days to enjoy the hotsprings for R&R. Jan has been such a sweetheart for accommodating us and making our stay a memorial one. Kelly... More

After coming here several times they are certainly slipping in a few areas. This visit the unit we were in was a bit neglected on a few little things but things so simple they should have been fixed before anyone was put in the room. Not sure if the previous tenants had children or not but there were smears and... More

I've been an owner for nearly 17 years and stay in a two bedroom in the Aurora building when I'm there. Love it. Things are dated, hasn't changed much since I bought it. I love the space and proximity to the spa, pools, sauna and work out center. I guess if I were to describe my experience in a word... More

We purchased a dip and dine offer. The soak in the outdoor hot springs was a very relaxing experience. It was a fun way to spend a November night. After the hot springs we went to the restaurant for a very nice dinner. The service was very attentive. I don't know if we were there on a good night or... More

I wanted a 2 bedroom timeshare (for me and my wife plus my sister and her husband) over Thanksgiving near Lake Tahoe, and Walley's was available. Turns out it's "over the hill" from Tahoe, in the hills above Carson City NV. It's not the Tahoe "mountain" vibe I thought I was renting, but rather a beautiful, bucolic valley. The resort... More

We have not been to this part of Nevada before and found it very relaxing (unlike Reno). Easy access to highways going north and south and west. Did a day trip to Lake Tahoe both N and S Lake. Beautiful Lake this time of the year with the leaves turning fall colors! Okay - now the resort - we found... More

Ok, here's the skinny. I loved the hot springs. The first day I got there, my friend and I went to the hot springs and LOVED the facilities. The steam room was great and I adored the cedar wood sauna! Our room was really great (minus that I had to take 3 spiders outside. Yes, I could have called the... More

OK, just OK. Dated feel, behind on maintenance, thin walls, vertical blinds with problems. On the other hand, reasonably spacious, decent kitchen, comfortable bed (apart from the waterproof mattress liner that we pulled out), two-sided (living room, bedroom) gas fireplace, two separate sink areas in the bathroom, nice view. The main attraction is the hot springs, which are worth it.... More

We are owners of the David Walley's Resort and have never regretted it one bit. Soaking in the mineral hot springs is wonderful. There are different temperatures to choose from. It has been known by several of the owners that the mineral springs has healed them and one man in particular is now able to walk without a walker and... More
