For relaxation this is the place to come. Lay under the tree's, read a good book, go biking, horseback riding or step into one of the many hot springs. The rooms are beautiful and the spa facilities are very good! For those wanting tranquil serenity this is the place for you!

We have been owners here for 10 years and were very happy with this year's vacation there. Our grandchildren love Walleys and think it is their favorite family vacation. Our Dillon unit was nice and the new Spa and the work on the hot springs was wonderful. Harriet's restaurant was excellent and we enjoyed Lake Tahoe and movies plus Virginia... More

To be honest, I was not expecting much considering some of the horrible reviews I read prior to staying here. I have never taken the time to write a review before, but I wanted to now, because I want everyone to know the new management is doing a good job here. We never experienced 1 rude employee during our stay!... More

A quaint location surrounded by beautiful scenery. Close to Carson City, Reno, and Lake Tahoe. Restorative hot springs. If you are looking for a really swanky resort, this will probably be a little rustic for you. I enjoyed the peace and quiet, the slow pace, and the tranquility.

We drive through the Carson Valley often on our way from point A to point B to visit family. We don’t always stop and enjoy it like a tourist does. More often than not, we make a stop at Costco, Trader Joes R.E.I. or Whole Foods in Reno or Carson City and that just about does it. On occasion, we... More

I was expecting something closer to camping than a resort but it was a very nice place. The bedroom was a little on the small side but we only slept in there anyway. The kitchen held 2 of us working on breakfast ok. Again not as large as Marriotts or other bigger timeshares. We had a 2 bedroom unit and... More

My first time staying at the new Walley's. All rooms overlook an estuary filled with ducks, frogs, and songbirds that is most unexpected in the Nevada desert. Very relaxing. Room cleanliness was marginal and the patio furniture on my balconey was grimey. The real fly in the ointment was the unacceptable internet. Constantly cutting out. Frozen screens while waiting for... More

My husband and I stayed here from June 8 - June 15, 2014. Our very good friends gave us their extra week of time share so we used at this location because we wanted to spend time at Lake Tahoe. It was an efficiency with a small refrigerator, sink and microwave. A bed with a small desk and two chairs... More

I am a timeshare owner at this facility. I had a 2 bedroom unit for a week and thoroughly enjoyed my stay herewith my 2 adult children. It is an excellent location to visit Genoa, Lake Tahoe, Carson, Virginia City and the surrounding smaller cities of Minden and Gardnerville. The employees were all friendly, efficient and professional. We enjoyed the... More
