First I do have to say that I stayed here once approx. 2 years prior and had a good experience. This time, however, was quite a difference. And I've never, ever left a rating on anything online but had to this time. Fallon is a halfway point in our 18-hour drive to our destination and since we've stayed there before,... more

We needed a place to hang our hats for the night and chose this hotel because of its price. The rooms were clean and the air conditiong was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they put us on the upper floor as we requested. They had a very good free continental breakfast and the pool was clean and... more

Had a few problems with the room type on check in but have to say that the staff worked with me to correct the problem. I felt that they genuinely wanted to fix things. In this day and age customer service may be the only thing that sets you apart from the competition. I give them high marks in this... more

Rolled into town around dinnertime and needed a place to stay with our dog. This property was very accommodating and didn't even ask about the pet's size (some do and refuse us due to our 70-lb. dog). Beds were a bit hard, but the room was clean and as average as any Best Western. The breakfast was above average with... more

The Fallon Inn had the most helpfull and friendly staff. The night staff bent over backwards to be of help. The property & room was clean and average size. Although, the room had a lot of funiture that made it feel smaller. Only room for one chair at the desk. There was a mini frige, microwave, coffee maker, blowdryer, Iron... more

This is a well managed property. I was treated very nicely especially because I was a walk-in customer. I got a great room for an excellent price. Best Western Fallon Inn has some of the finest staff and maids. I was warmly greeted by both the staff and maids. The room was extremely relaxing. I had no troubles at all... more

I found the front desk staff at the Best Western in Fallon to be very accomodating. I booked on very short notice but the manager on duty worked with me to get the best possible rate. When the room didn't work for me, I was immediately switched to a non-smoking room. I found the breakfast to be very good given... more

Really bad value, esp. compared to other nearby hotels. We drove 3 extra hours across central Nevada to find a non-smoking room as I have severe allergies to smoke, arriving at 1 a.m.. Was assured the room was "no-smoking". However, there was no "no smoking" sign on the door (as there were on many others) and the room smelled. Contacted... more

We stayed at the Best Western Fallon Inn on June 3rd, 2006. It was an average hotel and the desk staff was helpful and friendly. When we first got to our room it smelled faintly of smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. The room was average size, and accomondated our family of 4 nicely on 2 double beds.... more

Stayed 7 days at this hotel, alone, on a buisness trip. I felt very safe, the room was comfortable and the bed was too. I took advantage of the clean and functional laundry room and was grateful to have it. I appreciated the microwave, refridgerator and coffee maker. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will stay again. more
