Very nice hotel with excellent customer service. Everyone from the front desk to the maintenance guy was extremely nice and friendly. It's a great choice when staying in Elko. I have stayed at this location several times. Don't forget to go to the famous "Star" for dinner.

We have stayed here many times. The rooms are large and the staff is very accommodating. They were able to upgrade us, and the prices are reasonable. The continental breakfast is okay with lots of choices for food. The staff was very kid friendly and helpful. We will be staying here again.

Huge room and bath, very clean. Basic amenities (shampoo/lotion, coffee maker, iron) but no fridge/microwave. Better than average breakfast--cereals, delicious cinnamon rolls, sausage/bacon/eggs, pancake machine, yogurt/milk, juices/coffee/tea in a big dining area. Free newspaper.
