Arriving a little before check-in time we were rudely told we could have a room on the bottom floor (we requested the third floor). The clerk never smiled, never offered us the suggestion that we could come back in an hour. We travel a lot and I have never had such rude and poor customer service upon arriving at a... more

The gentleman that checked us in was very polite and helpful. The room was great. Very clean, large and quiet. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows. The bathroom was very nice and updated with plenty of great towels. We had to walk quite aways to our room but the walk was worth it. The buffet wasn't what I... more

Unbelievably smoky stinky - my eyes and head hurt all night from the supposedly non-smoking room. Smoking rooms were immediately across the hall and upstairs. I could not run the a/c or keep the window open because all it did was filter more smoke smell into my room. It was ghastly. Aside from that, yes, the mattress and bedding was... more

Nice flatscreen, good bed, fairly clean overall. The bad part was that the room, while a non smoking, smelled like musty smoke. Door on bathroom missing part of the mock wood face. Shower was strong. I'd try somewhere else next time. more

Very disappointed. We requested a non-smoking room, and although room was listed as a non-smoking, the smell of smoke was so strong I had a hard time sleeping. There was a open electrical box in the bathroom, no vent fan and no soap. The restaurant/café was located next to and open to the casino so again while dining we were... more

We spent the weekend at the Red Lion June 20th 2008 to June 22nd 2008. At check-in, the clerk was very rude. Apparently we had interupted her lunch. Hotel room was nice. The service in the restaurant was very good. The service in the casino was less then satisfactory. Waited at least 45 minutes to retrieve tickets stuck in the... more

We had read the review and thought we would give it one try, Well let me tell you, we are a great stay. The room was very nice, clean and quite. We ate at both Misty's ( Very good) and the Cafe and it was also very good. The employees were so nice. The only place I feel they need... more

The Red Lion Hotel and Casino is absolutely the GREATEST! From the motel room, to the employees, to the food, to the loose machines. Can't say enough good about this place. They really know how to lay out the red carpet for their guests. The mattress in our executive suite was WOW! so comfortable - didn't want to leave that... more

When my husband made the reservation to stay here, I was a bit hesitant - especially after reading some of the prior reviews. However, I am very happy to say that we enjoyed our stay very much. They are currently remodeling and upgrading their rooms. We were in one of those rooms. It was comfortable, clean, quiet and there was... more

Please do not stay here. The A/C didn't work, the toilet would not stop running unless you stuck your hand in the tank and pressed on the flap, and the sink won't stop dripping. When we called to complain about the A/C, they told us to turn it as low as we could and hope for the best. The hotel... more
