The Cal Neva was a great place to stay. The tunnel tour and the storied history of the property make it a lot more interesting than your average hotel. Plus, the beautiful views of the lake. friendly staff and great Happy Hour prices! Can't wait to go back.

The place is a shambles. Old and unkept. We didn't actually stay here, thank God, but went in for the curiosity factor of being on the state line.
