We launch our pontoon boat here to camp on Lake Mojave. It is always easy to get in and out and the people seem friendlier than at Katherine's Landing. We usually have a meal at the restaurant and it's always good (not great), and never bad. I highly recommend the onion rings.

We enjoyed our stay here although the resort was very quiet. Rooms are basic and don't feature cooking facilities which isn't very helpful if you visit out of season when the cafe isn't open. However, it's such a special place that the simplistic rooms don't really matter. Cleanliness is fine and staff are friendly.

Great getaway from the Las Vegas Strip just one hour away but 1,000,000 miles in difference. Get Back to nature, see wildlife, rent a boat or Kayak explore because you can. this place just rocks. Welcome to cotton wood cove

the hotel was nice and close to the launch ramp, The swimming area was alittle dirty, the floors in the hotel are tile which is very nice, but slippery. Quiet time is at ten. I was on my balcony alone not making any noise and was asked to go in. I dont think that is right at all.

It's a nice enough place and they are really making strides. It's quaint and if you don't mind that it's in the middle of no-where it's nice enough! Beds are comfy. The refrigerators are broken and the bathrooms are really gross. When we stay there, I always bring cleaning supplies. If you're fussy at all, stay somewhere else. The shower... More

Booked our family vacation a year in advance, prior to this trip we loved Cottonwood Cove, now that it is corporate run it is awful. Rooms were dirty, terrible customer service, no one can tell you anything, took two days to get our room cleaned. The sink was plugged, toilet didn't work, patio door was broken. Will not be going... The resort has a well stocked store with very reasonable prices (especially considering its isolated). Hotel Room was very clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Service at check in and other services was always friendly. Atmosphere is very family friendly and everyone enjoys afternoon bbqs on the common area.

Family and Friends rented a houseboat for one week, July 15-19, 2013. we pre-boarded on Sunday night which was a plus. We traveled north on the lake and finally found a beach. Two days later, our boat was full of waste and we had to travel back to the docks (5 Miles away) to dump (or should i say off-load... More

The setting of this motel is beautiful, it's right on Lake Mojave. But be aware, it is extremely isolated. The nearest town is Searchlight and there is absolutely nothing there. No restaurants that I would eat at, and I say that after eating at one at the only "casino" in town, I don't even remember the name of it, but... More

We met some friends at the Lake and while they camped we enjoyed our air conditioned room. It wasn't fancy but there was really nothing wrong with it. Clean, great service, on the lake with a beach, at the launch etc. It works for what you need. I would stay again. It would be great if they had wi-fi since... More
