We stayed at Gold Dust three times know. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The employee's at the front desk are always very nice and always ready and happy to help you. The Management has been great.

We dine at Gold Dust West three to four times a week -Both restaurants in the Casino serve excellent food - and the servers are both friendly & courteous. Bartenders are efficient and friendly - Great variety of slot machines for adults and an arcade for the kids. Jerry & Bonnie H.

Went to Carson City for bowling and stayed at the Gold Dust. The place has a bowling alley, casino, and the hotel all in one. The rooms were big and clean. had a great time and I would stay there again.

My husband and I only stayed one night after the dinner/theater show. The room and bathroom were very clean.The receptionist was friendly and accommodating. Can't ask for more for the price, large clean room for $40 including a nice breakfast. There are also mountains and Ski resorts within driving distance. didn't have any issue with smokey smells or whatever.....................................

We stayed 5 nights at the Gold Dust and it only cost $49,00 per night. This was a steal. The place is not 5 star by any means but if you need a clean comfortable room this is the way to go. The only issue we found was the smokey smell, but you get used to it after a while.

Why even have a non-smoking room? The non -smoking rooms reek of smoke! Furnishings are well worn, pillows are flat and thin. The door to the room had an inch gap at the bottom and smoke was drifting in. We ended up blocking it with the bathroom towels, which helped somewhat.
