I stayed there because they had a pool for my son to play in. But, he couldn't because it was VERY Green and the manager told me it was safe for my son to go in it. I don't think so. The manager smelled like he didn't bath for awhile. The outside was dirty. The rooms were ok though. I... More

Recently I have stayed at America's Best Value Inn in other cities and was pleasantly surprised. This is not pleasant. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot. That is my compliment. The motel is old, run down (many rooms appear to be in process of being painted), and worn out. Obviously in a past life it was once... More

Desk personnel is what earned the "average: rating for this property. They were very helpful !! Other than the personnel I would have rated it as poor because of condition of bed sheets, towels, etc. But it was secure, safe, handy to restaurants and highways. I expect better from ABV and perhaps this one will be upgraded as its pretty... More

We stayed here because we couldn't get anything affordable in Incline Village. It's about a 40 minute drive each way. This place is a step up from Motel 6 for sure. Room is clean and things are in good repair. Nothing too fancy but I didn't expect the Hyatt for the price. Front desk staff is helpful. I ended up... More

Stayed one night after flipping a coin between this place and the Motel 6 next door. All the folks at the Motel 6 just laughed when this place came up 'heads'. Smelly room, an odor that just would not go away. Small TV, no amenities, and not real clean. The carpet had numerous stains. The old adage, "you get what... More

We had 1 granddaughter with us and picking up another. First we were given a room with just 1 bed. We got that straightened out easily. When we walked into the 2nd room, the stench was so bad that we had to go to Wal-Mart for some Fabreze. The room had no clock anywhere! I had to put a clock... More

Stains on carpet and bed covering, bathroom dirty, toilet has probably never been cleaned on outside. T.V. didn't work, had to have manager come and change it back from Satellite to cable. We had been travelling for 15 nights, and thought we'd save some money.. Lesson learned! What do you expect for under $40.00 Outside is misleading, it didn't look... More

We have stayed here twice before and always found it to be clean, comfortable and quiet for the $50 price tag. This time however, we walked in, there were large burn marks on the floor, one of the comforters had 3 rips in it (about 2" long each) and the towels, while clearly laundered were a strange shade of brownish/grey.... Marking our stay down due to what we'll call "comms problems", to be kind. Booked through Expedia's 'Unpublished Rate Hotel bookings', we expected (were promised) at the booking stage: a non-smoking room with fridge & microwave, and a property with a fitness room. "How bad can that be, we said, even for an un-named property?" and booked it. Turns out,... More
