Although the hotel is a bit tired and needs updating, the local is great for staying down town Carson City. Love the underground parking. Rooms are a good size but need updating. The bathrooms are clean but need updating also. Better than average continental breakfast in the lobby area. Enjoy a glass of wine and fresh baked cookies in the... More

We stayed here for a week. The hotel was very quiet, and the staff were very friendly. The price was within our budget and was a good spot to explore the surrounding areas. I only have 2 things to comment on that I did not like. If you're looking forward to a big, complimentary breakfast, it's not. Just very basic... More

Stayed at the Hardman House because accommodations outside Carson City were not available on a Friday night. Very nice place with a wine & cheese hour, very close to downtown sights and places (state Capitol, museums, etc.), adequate parking including some underground (great for winter or hot days), and a funky yet fun staff. Room was nice. Air conditioning was... More

We drove the strip in Carson City until we found a nice looking hotel, looked it up on Trip Advisor and stopped. The room is large, clean and very affordable. We were treated to a glass of wine before we walked Dow the street to dinner. Quiet and clean.

This hotel was located in a good part of town, close to some nice restaurants. It's true that it's a little outdated, but it's very clean and well-kept and the staff is very friendly. I would totally recommend this place. It's a great value for the price.

Rustic and dated, but overall okay for the price we paid. I didn't like the fact that they said it would be no problem to check-in early and then after driving 4 hrs, I was told the "rooms were not ready" and that early check-in was not possible. I did not need ALL the rooms to be ready. I just... More

Old building, run down exterior in need of paint and better lighting outside. Lobby is large but is furnished with old smelly stained furniture and disgustingly dirty carpet. Staff was nice but seemed to struggle to get us checked into our room. Room was of average size and was very dated with stains on the wall, beat up old furniture,... More

This was the only reasonably priced lodging I could find during a busy weekend. The facility is old. The room was a good size but had seen better days. The carpet needed replacing and had some stains. Overall, everything was okay. Decent wi-fi. Refrigerator in the room. AC worked fine. Not quite enough parking available. It should be noted there... Much nicer than we expected for the price. The rooms were spacious, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the underground parking was an excellent perk in the searing heat. Also nice that we could easily walk to good downtown restaurants like The Basil and Firkin and Fox. The hotel is a bit rundown, and the breakfast is entirely pre-packaged, but... More

Pro's - Very good customer service and clean! Con's - old building, dark and dated interior. Stains on furniture and carpet. Air conditioning not reliable. Expecting modern conveniences Stayed here four nights while visiting a relative. Very, very old place. 2 star rating is questionable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Motel 6 or Super 8 are better alternatives in a... More
