The only decent place to stay in this town. The rooms are small and spartan. No extras in your room. The rooms are very clean and the staff very good. We stayed there two nights while visiting Death Valley. Considering the cost and location, it was a bargain. Be sure to visit the Candy & Nut Store next to the... More

This place is only good for one night only but to stay longer no... better to stay in a different motel if you planning to stay for 2-3 Days find a different motel their room is no tv and you can't walk without slipper on the carpet. WiFi is not free. If you need something to the front desk like... More

Close to Death Valley NP and far cheaper than staying in the park itself. The room was clean and basic but was disappointed that they charge extra for WiFi. Good laundry room which was a bonus and the front desk staff were friendly. Beatty itself has very little to offer in my opinion other than cheaper fuel and accommodation than... More

The room was clean and neat. The floor was slippery for the dog, but this kept him from getting the zoomies. We had no problem with the floor being slick. He (our dog) and we were very happy with our ground floor room. Price was less than the hotel next door. We could walk to the Denny's (for late dinner... More

The hotel has a few plus points - cheap, friendly staff, location for Death Valley, convenience of food spots like Dennys, Subway (need them as no inclusive breakfast) , tidy outside. Then there are the less positive points - cramped room, paper thin walls, just a single pillow each, no fridge, almost no storage space, TVs from way back when,... More

Paper thin walls. Could hear every move people next door made. It was, however, very clean and looked like it had been updated recently. It is reasonably close to Death Vally.. Good basic accommodation except for the noise.

This is our 3rd time to visit Death Valley NP. The first time we were there we stayed inside park. Staying inside a National Park is always expensive, and Motel 6 in Beatty is perhaps the nearest to the park. Good room at a very good price ($57/night net) and it’s only a 30minutes drive to Death Valley. Clean and... More

Location and price: you can not beat this place. 40-50 minutes drive to furnace creek/ stovepipe wells and a nightly rate of 55$. Rooms are much better compared to regular motel 6 places. They did not have any other amenities in the room though, such as coffee maker, fridge or microwave. There is morning coffee available in the lobby area.... More

For us there is one and only reason to stay in Beatty - it is a highly convenient access point for exploration of the eastern portions of Death Valley National Park and the scenic offerings of the Amargosa Valley. And in Beatty, Motel 6 is the best accommodation, one that has served us well for many years now. The rooms... More

We weren't expecting much from this Motel 6 in Beatty, but were pleasantly surprised. Convenient location for Death Valley. Friendly front desk staff. Room was basic, but fine, and clean. WiFi was $5 a day and worked ok for us. Beatty itself looked an interesting place, we wished we had longer to explore there. Would recommend.
