We arrived at the Stagecoach a bit early for check in, so waited by the pool until our room was ready. Our room was a bit small for our group, but we rearranged things and made it work fine . The location was nice as it is only 4 miles from Rhyolite where we wanted to go for a photo... More

Since I wanted to spend some time in the northern part of Death Valley I booked a room for one night here. I tried to check in at 10am and was told by the desk clerk to come back at noon. When I returned at noon the clerk was busy with the phones and also being the casino cashier. I... More

I stayed at the StageCoach for several weeks in Mid-2007. About a week ago I received a bill from them for $1919 for charges incurred in early 2008. I had been traveling in Sweden at the time and did not authorize the use of my credit card. They kept it on file and used it without my consent. I would... More

Had to stay there due to business contract...3 weeks so far and one more week to go, for this trip. From the beginning I've requested a non-smoking room, that request has been ignored. Showering is impossible because the water temp changes ALL the time....you're either being scalded or frozen. Beds are lumpy, floors and stairs are uneven. No in-room coffee...no... More

The hotel was very clean but room needed a little TLC. Bed was comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful. You need to keep in mind that there are so few places to book a room. The hotel in Death Valley Park runs $277. 00 a night. I would stay here again. We paid $72.00 for a very large room with... More

Remembering that this is in a remote desert location, in a small town, you really shouldn't expect anything "fancy". And it's not "fancy". But hey what do you want for $60 ! This is good, inexpensive, remote, motel style accom, and it has it's own charming quirks. The rooms are clean motel style and quality, although quite spacious and comfortable.... More

The stagecoach is a basic, simple but clean motel. We slept here overnight on a trip from Vegas to Yosemite. The hotel accomodation is paired to a somewhat shabby looking and very smoky casino, but that's what Nevada seems to be all about. Too bad you have to check in at the night cashier in the casino if you arrive... More

I was riding a motorcycle for a few days in the area and wanted a place to stay near death valley for 1 night. The location was perfect and I was very pleasantly suprised at the end of a hard days riding when I checked in. Front desk very helpful, car parking close to rooms, pool & hot tub all... More
