The room was clean and tidy, everything worked fine. It looks a little tired in spots but it was a pleasant stay. It was the most reasonable lodging we could find close by Death Valley National Park. The National Park is the attraction and the Stagecoach meets your needs when you aren't in the Park.

My son and I recently stayed here while on a trip to Death Valley National Park. On the plus side the price (about $100) was very reasonable, the place was clean, and Beatty, NV is only a short distance from the park. If you like Denny's then the fact that they have a Denny's on site might also be a... More

This is the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. The room doors are so loud it sounds like explosions whenever any door is shut. There are only 7 rooms in my wing and in the last two hours, they've slammed shut 21 times! The walls shake. NOW,1:40 pm, the shower is being run next door and it sounds like a... More

When we stayed it was $75 a night, and for that price the rooms are dated, but clean. The front desk staff person was very sweet. The convenience/candy store next door is noisy and we heard that a lot. We played a little in the casino, but lost $100 in less than 2 drinks on video poker, and that was... More

Not much to chooses from in Beatty and it is reasonable priced. Bedspreads need replacement, bathroom is worn but basically clean. Dennys restaurant on site . Easy access from the highway . Casino not busy

The casino has some friendly staff and the table dealer "Andrea" was very funny. I requested a non-smoking room, but since the whole entire place is old, there were cigarette smoke resonating all over the place. It also defeats the purpose of non smoking room if the entire hallway leading to the casino is covered with smoke and the hotel... More

Ultralite may be an overstatement, Beatty is a crossroads on the east side of Death Valley, just inside the Nevada line. The Stagecoach is one of a couple of hotels in Beatty and is on par with most budget hotels. At $30 a night ($20 for Ridgecrest, CA residents with ID and reservations) I couldn't complain, having stayed in lousier... More

I was there in summer 2010 and I just had a dinner in the restaurant with colleagues. So I can't say anything about the hotel and the rooms. But the restaurant has a good service and great food. The burgers are great.

Coming in to Beatty after several days of tent camping in Death Valley we needed a break. Several of the other places were no vacancy and I'm glad they were. This place is clean, inexpensive, easy to get to, friendly staff... I'd stay here again.

My husband and I came to Beatty to stay at this hotel/casino while visiting Death Valley. We are staying in the building by the pool, otherwise known by the hotel employees as "the newer hotel section." The room's heat is controlled by a dual heat/air-conditioning unit that works fine. The room itself, while not fancy, is comfortable enough. The carpeting... More
