Considering that Battle Mountain is not exactly a metropolis and my expectations were not very high, I was pleasantly surprised by this Super 8. The hotel was ok. The woman at check in was grumpy and you could tell she didn't care if we stayed or not. She gave us a room with no beds and when I told her she looked at like I was wrong. Other then the it was ok when we got a room with beds.

Rude impatient staff. Poor maintenance. No hot water. Poor water pressure. No breakfast just juice and coffee in AM. One of the lowest Super 8 I have seen out of dozens. Did not offer to lower my rate after poor experience or offer anything.

there was a scary snow storm and we took off the first exit and saw you motel. and said we are saved. not only did you have a room but one that would sleep 7. we were so scared that night. and the night worker made us feel safe and gave us a great rate.
