Stayed 2 nights for work. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very nice. The morning desk clerk was very friendly, however the night clerk was a bit rude when my key stopped working. He acted like I should have known my credit cards would cause it to not work (this I did NOT know).... more

We had to visit Nebraska because my husband's mother is terminally ill. We had to book a hotel and I decided on The Hampton. Right away I was impressed because we got a great deal with the military rate. We had to be there for five nights and the rate made it very affordable. Next I was impressed with the... more

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton inn at Scottsbluff. The hotel's reception area opened to a large dining room where they were serving complimentary drinks and snacks when we arrived. That and the fresh cookies made for a nice welcome. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was pretty basic and did not have a microwave or... more

The lobby of this hotel is huge, with high ceilings, looks more a Hilton Garden than a Hampton. Front desk staff was very friendly and check-in went smooth. I made my reservation well in advance and had a so-called ‘hit the road’ rate for a studio suite. For this incredible rate we had a fantastic and spacious room! There was... more

We always look forward to staying at a Hampton and found this one to be OK, but maybe a bit below the norm. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. However, the carpet was really in need of replacing as there were several cigarette burns and it was badly worn. Also, the air conditioning unit never cycled completely off.... more

We stayed here one night while in the area to see Chimney Rock and Scottsbluff National Monument. This is a really nice hotel. Room was a bit on the small side, but it was comfortable and clean. The high speed internet was flawless. we didn't get to use the pool area, but it looked clean. The lady at the front... more

This is a great place to stay in Scottsbluff. The rooms are spacious and the beds fantastically comfortable. Sound insulation is not all it might be, but this is more than made up for by the quality of the rooms. The front desk staff were particularly helpful in pursuing the whereabouts of our luggage, which had been lost en route... more

Booked this as a stopover after the Black Hills and on way back to Denver. I don't tend to book chain hotels, but as this was a one night stop it was convenient. It was a very pleasant experience. Had been to a Hampton Inn before, and was happy with it, but this one was better. Great linens on bed... more

We were pleasantly surprised by how much we liked this hotel - very spacious room, *extremely* comfortable bed with nice linens, pull-out sofa, fridge/microwave/coffee maker, large vanity/sink area (with toilet and shower/bath in a separate room), and above all, meticulously clean. It was an oasis after a long day on the road! (And after the fires in the Black Hills... more
