We always look forward to staying at a Hampton and found this one to be OK, but maybe a bit below the norm. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. However, the carpet was really in need of replacing as there were several cigarette burns and it was badly worn. Also, the air conditioning unit never cycled completely off.... more

This is a great place to stay in Scottsbluff. The rooms are spacious and the beds fantastically comfortable. Sound insulation is not all it might be, but this is more than made up for by the quality of the rooms. Booked this as a stopover after the Black Hills and on way back to Denver. I don't tend to book chain hotels, but as this was a one night stop it was convenient. It was a very pleasant experience. We were pleasantly surprised by how much we liked this hotel - very spacious room, *extremely* comfortable bed with nice linens, pull-out sofa, fridge/microwave/coffee maker, large vanity/sink area (with toilet and shower/bath in a separate room), and above all, meticulously clean.
