We stopped here for a one night stay on our way out west. It was in a good location right near the interstate. It was not a new motel, but was pretty clean and kept up well. It is a conference center motel, so the breakfast was a full buffet (free with room) but very crowded and hard to get... more

Room seemed to need updating. Electrical outlets hard to find. Shutting the door to the room would rattle the entire glass wall. Front desk employees demonstrated poor customer service. However, Housekeeper, maintenance employee and breakfast buffet employees were friendly. Wouldn't stay here for a romantic weekend. Conference rooms were nice and easy to find. more

I tried staying at the Hampton but they were booked up and the referred me to this motel. It wasn't anything to write home about but we did get a clean room that was on first floor and was able to park right in front of the room. I was impressed by the towels -- not the really think tiny... more

We were there as a halfway point with my parents! Didn't know they didn't have an elevater to the 2nd floor on the outside building, was tough getting them upstairs with their suitcases. We did end up getting the room for $75, not worth muh more, but the breakfast made up for it! more

Clean, small room. Friendly staff. Good on site restaurant. Small indoor pool always jammed with kids. Nice banquet room (we were at a wedding reception) more

Every other hotel in town was booked & this was the only one that had rooms available. That should have been our first clue, but we were too tired to drive on. While the lobby & public convention areas of the hotel appeared new & spacious, our room was shabby and needed updating, but on first look appeared reasonably clean.... more

The property is showing its age and could use more renovation. I don't think much money gets re-invested. Avoid the detached building if you can. Those rooms are dark, small, run down and overall have a cheap low-end feel. I could hear regular conversations in the next room. Paying $90 for one of these rooms is way, way out of... more

I stayed 1 night at the Quality Inn and Suites in North Platte. I had a suite on the first floor. It was across from a meeting room. The 2 rooms were nice, but the furnishings, carpet were very well worn. It seemed fairly clean. It looked like a good place for a convention. The breakfast was pretty good. I... more

We called the hotel directly to book a two room suite because we were traveling cross-country with two toddlers, two dogs, and a mother-in- law. They were helpful enough on the phone, but quoted the pet fee as $20, never saying $20 per pet. At check-in they told us the same thing, and when we checked out we got hit... more

My family and I stayed at this hotel based on the reviews here and guys, you let me down. As a quick rundown, the room we selected was a suite (2 full size short beds with thin sheets, kitchen, and living room) , our room had a noisy heater, there was an intermittent water valve going on every three minutes... more
