We stopped in Norfolk for an overnight stay, Eco-Lux was a perfect option. Clean, comfortable, and the man at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. Very accommodating and room had a flat screen newer tv and micro and fridge.

Booked at last minute (because super 8 where we had some other rooms booked wanted to gouge us on the price. The room was very clean, the AC worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the water was hot. The only minus was the plumbing was a little noisy. The breakfast was minimal.

I booked two king suites for a concert in town. I told the manager I had 2 people per room. After the concert I ended up having friends come back. He was angry about the extra people and charged me $10 per person. 6 of my other friends ended up driving after drinking because he refused to let them pass... More

Killed for giant spiders, musty smell, and breakfast room included moldy jelly jars. That's right, NO sealed containers of jelly, but communal jars like you have on your own fridge. I can't believe this place is allowed to stay open.

Hard to find, but as I arrived in town to find every other place booked out it was a save. Front desk guy very helpful, I liked having internal access as well as a door direct from car park. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was great. Breakfast was pretty ordinary - little choice and a small very sterile space.

This place is a bit out of the way, only one restaurant nearby, everything else you had to drive to although not far as Norfolk really isn't too big anyway. It's also an interior corridor type of hotel. I prefer the old style, exterior door type. Other than these two "dings" I would have rated it a "4". Halls and... More

This motel is a great buy for the money. Our room with two queen beds was $53 ($60 with tax). The beds were comfortable. The pillows were just right. The lobby was recently remodeled. The heating/AC unit could be adjusted to the exact temp you wanted. It purred quietly all night. There was plenty of space in the room for... More
