I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in January, I was shocked at the treatment I received from Claudette (the Front Office Manager). She was unfriendly upon arrival and she was Rude with each request I placed. None of the classier touches normally associated with Holiday Inns, funky smelling and below standard housekeeping. THEN I took a shower and found someone else's dirty washcloth hanging in the shower. I called and complained and was told no one was available from housekeeping to remove it. This is not a Holiday Inn. Rude staff, small rooms, and nothing for the buisness traveler. There was a hole in the bedspread, and the front desk would not change it. My door never locked, and I stayed up all night worried. I did not even get a sorry in the morning. more
