I've stayed here numerous times on business. It's an OK place to stay. Customer service is generally good, but.... The shuttle service is not what they say it is. Lincoln has some funny/different hotel rating scales. This Holiday Inn is on par with 3.5/4 star hotels we have visited in other cities. Very decent hotel in a fun downtown atmosphere. Opted to stay instead of continuing farther west for the night. Very good call. Daughter enjoyed pool and our room was just as nice as something you'd find at the Sheraton chain. Amazed it's a Holiday Inn. We just drove 12 hours so we're pretty open minded at this point. More

During a recent stay at the Holiday Inn, Lincoln, NE we had a great experience in the lounge. Barbara, the bartender was just phenominal. She was witty, humourous, and cordial. She helped us with great suggestions for all the local sites and helped to make our stay much more pleasant. More

This hotel is an old Hilton property in Lincoln that shows it's age regardless of the numerous efforts to update the facility. I have stayed here several times and have yet to check in and out without some sort of inconvenience. Staff at the front desk appear disinterested and not well organized. I stayed in Lincoln 2 nights. Barb works in the lounge. Eating there both nights, she was one of the best employees I have ever experienced. The food was wonderful and she paid just enough attention to us to make both evenings enjoyable. More

I lived the past 5 years in Lincoln and although I never stayed here I held it in high regard. Nothing special about my 2nd floor room except that there were hairs in the bathtub and most of the nozzles in the shower head were clogged. I'm hoping this room was an exception to the rule. More
