I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was after reading some of the bad reviews. The room and bedding appeared clean. There was a microwave and mini refrigerator. The room looked like it had been updated, but the bathroom still needs a better updating since they just patched up the caulking. The location was good, right off the... More

My military-retired boyfriend and i were driving to California from fort Knox, KY. We have two small dogs with us, so we had to find a pet-friendly hotel. Rodeway inn seemed very cheap at first, charging only 50 per night plus 10 for the dogs. But by the end of our transaction, the total came out to $80, and our... More

It's difficult to be critical of a facility when they treat you like family, but sadly, I wouldn't go back here. It's an older facility and the rooms are just... tired. The bathrooms seemed to be cleaned as best they could be; but the tile grout and caulk were old and icky and desperatly needed to be redone.

This hotel was perfect in terms of location, cost, amenities. I liked the little lapdesk in the room as well as the flat screen TV, microwave and fridge. There was plenty of light for reading. The office staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was a notch above average - included yogurt, waffles and biscuits/gravy. The downsides were a very... More

We have been on the road for 5 weeks and have stayed in a lot of motets. This is one of the cleanest , best smelling rooms we have found . Some may have stayed as they where remodeling ,but the room we had was clean , fresh, and up-to-date. The staff was friendly and very helpful . The room... More

We stayed at this location one night while driving through on vacation. The front desk staff was very friendly (her name is Rose), and they gave us a welcome bag with water and some cookies. I thought that was a nice, personal touch. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. We would have slept great if we had... More

This is a middle-aged, basic, two story property. Adequate for a one night stop over. The Good: Good freeway access. Ground floor rooms have parking at the door. Rooms have been updated with newer carpeting and furniture. Toilet and shower in separate room from vanity. Shaded picnic area. Decent breakfast. Cleanliness and repair seemed OK. Reasonable rates. The Bad: In... More

We booked at this hotel with a little hesitation, we saw the last review and didn't know what to think. We finally decided to give it a try. 1) My wife called the hotel directly as she most often does, was greeted professionally. The attendant was nice to even sign us up for Choice Privileges. 2) We arrived at the... More

We called ahead and were told that the room was recently remodeled. Instead, our room's AC/Heater was partly detached from the wall, wallpaper was coming off, screws were sticking out the wall, we were charged twice for our one room and we were not given a key because the attendant did not know how to program it. A true disaster!... More

We had stayed at this hotel in the past a year or so ago, we thought we would give it another try since we were in town to watch our grandson play basketball. The rooms have always been clean and this time was no exception, they did add new televisions and new mattresses since the last time we stayed. The... More
