Non smoking room is a joke. Smells like a bar room brawl. We asked for a different room and of course they didn't have one. Gave us some spray to cover up the bar room smoke smell. We tried to move hotels and no rooms are available anywhere. I bought a fan and benedryl so I could sleep. Still didn't... More

Well lets see went to the resturant smelled like marijuana maint. man was seen dealing it.Tried hiding how outdated the place is by cheaply throwing down some new linoileum down in entrance but that didnt change how dirty and outdated it really is! Security is having police there half the night.Seems poorly organized and run lots of strange looking long... More

This place is not for travelers. This place is for locals(why aren't they at home) and transients. The police seem to be there nightly dealing with the 'guests'. Avoid at all costs.

I did a lot of review reading before picking this hotel, but due to budget constraints I knew it was one of few hotels in my budget and decided to go there afterall. I picked this hotel because of price, internet (as I was on a work trip and needed to send emails) and pool. When my coworker and I... More

We stayed here overnight on the way to Colorado for a volunteer service trip for Ohio State. I'm sitting in my bed right now unable to fall asleep because there apparently is a wedding reception until midnight and kids are running around everywhere outside. The individual climate control doesn't work in the rooms, it took ten minutes to check us... More

I have never in my life witnessed such a petri dish of human filth! I had to laugh at times because it was so unreal. We stayed about an hour and then just left and gladly gave up the money for the nights stay. From trailer trash people dragging their kids to the pool with nothing but diapers on, to... More

This GuestHouse Inn is more like a 60's flashback. Does have a very large pool but the hot tub had green slime at the bottom when we stopped. In disrepair and everything is dated and worn. The front desk staff was very nice and responsive to our request for a fan (since a/c didn't work - only heat), 1st assigned... More

There were some motels on the north side, on the Cornhusker Highway (U.S. 6) just south of the interchange with I-80. They were cheaper, but there’s a reason way. I stayed at the Guesthouse Lodge, which looks like a 1960’s era Holiday Inn. (Someone said that it had been a Howard Johnson’s, and it may have been at one point... More

We are locals who just wanted a family fun staycation for the kids. We had been here a few years ago and it was great, this time however was a completly different story. As a lot of others have said it is dirty, stinky, unkept property and the breakfast should not be allowed to qualify as breakfast. The "hot" tub... More
