We usually stay on edges (north or south) for football weekend but had young kids going with us to the game this past weeks so we booked a room last minute at the cornhusker. The location is close the stadium so if one of the little ones needed to leave early the rest could stay while a few could go... More

I usually don't stay in the most expensive hotels but I like the nicer hotels in general. I had to make hasty plans this past week to stay in Lincoln and my choices where made easy, almost all hotels were sold out that were down town except the Cornhusker. It was a very nice place to stay, the staff was... More

What a great hotel for a Husker game weekend. You just don't find better service or accommodations in Lincoln. The classic charm, wonderful service and high end amenities were right on point. I would highly recommend for any occasion. We plan to return with the kids on our next trip to Lincoln.

The location is what really makes this property. Walking distance to any number of things (in my case, a show at the Rococo followed by drag night at Karma). Other than that, it's a regular MHRS hotel, so you pretty much know what to expect. Nice room, nice staff, nice stay. Will definitely stay again.

Lobby was under construction while we stayed but didn't really matter. Room was nice and clean, beds comfortable. Stayed on the concierge level and enjoyed snacks and breakfast daily. Everyone was extremely nice. Would definitely stay again if in Lincoln.

The Marriott Cornhusker is a gem in the heart of Lincoln. They are in the midst of a needed renovation but the staff could not be more accommodating. The Cornhusker is clean, has great beds and in walking distance of many great Lincoln restaurants.

Checked into hotel late on Saturday night. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. We were upgraded to a suite and was enthralled with the renovations. Great touches of art, lighting, room configuration, and views of the Capitol. In the morning , we had a breakfast and were on the road. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore. Outstanding hotel... More

We stayed here in June while our twins were at UNL basketball camp and had an enjoyable stay. The lobby was under renovation while we were there, but that only a minor distraction for us. The staff was very accommodating and efficient checking us in. The room was comfortable, very clean and quiet. I enjoyed the view of the State... More

I was staying back in my hometown on some business. The Cornhusker has always been the town's primary choice as a quality hotel. The beds are dependably comfortable and the rooms are consistently quiet. There were many seniors staying there when I did, so perhaps that explains why I wasn't awakened by kids making noises in the halls, like happens... More
