We have stayed here many times and each time we expect to be disappointed. We assume that eventually, the building will begin to show its age or we'll find that staff is no longer top notch. This is just a great hotel. Nice even by Holiday Inn Express standards. The staff are very friendly. The building is only a few years old and well kept. We were traveling north to Omaha for the Zoo and wanted an overnight for a better break. The Omaha hotels were full so we ventured out to the Holiday Inn Express.
