We have stayed here a few times during ski season and had the same sentiment each time. The location is great for getting up to the hill early and the pool/hot tub is a welcome treat at the end of the day. The facilities are first rate. Each condo unit has its pluses and minuses in terms of content, bed... More

Enjoyed the condo with plenty of room for kids up stairs, two bathrooms and amazing views. Ww were too busy to rake advantage of the hot tub, indoor/outdoor pool and the private beach. But would definitely recommend this to someone wanting a great place for 6-8 people to stay.

This is a great place to stay in Whitefish. It is about 30 minutes from Glacier National Park. The units have everything that one needs in them. The one we stayed in had a loft where the bedroom was located. There is both an indoor and an outdoor pool. There are some short hikes on the property. If you are... More

We stayed here in August and found it very enjoyable. The rental unit had two bedrooms on the first floor and living space on second floor. Lots of space. Very clean and quite. One of the best parts was the newer pool and hot-tub that we used almost every evening. They also had nice tennis courts. It is about 1/2... More

The Ptarmigan Village is exactly as advertised - a quiet, relaxing village in the woods with a superb swimming pool and very spacious rooms. There seemed to always be deer roaming the grounds or, on several occasions, right out front of our unit - which was fun. The location is also great if you plan to use the Whitefish Mountain... We stayed at Ptarmigan Village (www.vrbo/199676) from 8/21 - 8/31 for a planned vacation to Glacier National Park. The condo was fantastic and the pictures on the web site were accurate. The amenities included outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, fishing pond, tennis court, hiking trails. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after hiking at Glacier National Park. Whitefish,... Just back from a weekend getaway. We have a friend who owns a place here so he let us stay free. I must say, even if we had to pay it would have been worth it! Outdoor pool with sauna, indoor pool and hot tub, park, laundry, the list is endless. It's hidden and quiet and just so peaceful. I... More

This place is quiet, relaxing and an excellent choice. We stayed in 118 Bear Creek next to the indoor pool/outdoor hot tub/sauna. The pool area was well maintained and clean. We did a RCI exchange for a three bedroom unit for two couples for a week in July. Check-in was easy and the staff was very accommodating. The unit was... More

What a great resort in the mountains of Montana. We stayed in unit 55 of Kicking Horse, very well maintained and loaded with many amenities that you see in 5 star resorts. Granite counter tops, newer appliances, modern main floor bathroom. We came to this resort with friends and flipped a coin for the master bedroom. Master bedroom is very... More

We really enjoyed the unit we stayed in at Ptarmigan Village. We were in a loft unit in the Sawtooth building. The unit was decorated really well, and had everything we needed. It was quiet and relaxing, but close to Big Mountain resort and the town of Whitefish (cute town, but lots of road construction at this time) The deck... More
