We stayed here for 4 nights in a standard double queen room. No fridge or microwave, that was 25 dollars more for a suite. We had a mini balcony (our neighbor's was twice the size) that would fit two people snuggly overlooking a small "river". The rooms were clean, a good size and the staff friendly. My only complaint was the beds - hard as a cement. I prefer a firm mattress but this one did me in. We asked for a softer bed or a foam topper but what we got is all they had. It is too bad the one reason you stay... more

It's always a pleasure to stay at the Pine Lodge. A "Mini-Suite" is worth the extra $20 or $30. There is extra room, a microwave and a fridge, a private balcony or patio overlooking the river. The indoor/outdoor pool is as nice in the winter as the summer and the outdoor hot-tub during a winter blizzard is a real treat.... more
