Staying at the Hidden Moose is like being invited into their home. Kent is a very gracious and fun host. Anise and the girls are so kind and fun and serve a fabulous breakfast-plenty of time to sleep in and still get your huckleberry pancakes! Very good restaurant just a brief walk away.

his was our first visit to the Whitefish area, and Hidden Moose Lodge was everything we could have hoped for. The Lodge was designed and is actively operated by Kent and his wife Kim, and extended family members. The staff bends over backwards to make sure their guests have a pleasant stay. The room cost includes a delicious hearty breakfast... More

This lodge features private rooms with soaker tubs, king sized beds made out of solid wooden logs. The staff feel like they are family that welcome you into a home, not a standard hotel or lodge. The gourmet breakfasts are included and were sumptuous. The complimentary evening drinks in front of a roaring fire that went from floor to ceiling... More

Check out the towns Farmers Market! Really nice. The staff here were so friendly. The owner joins in on the breakfast preparation. They ALL had good advice on where... More

We loved our comfortable stay at Hidden Moose Lodge, a beautiful location and setting! The staff is most welcoming and friendly! We enjoyed chatting with other guests over beer and wine around the the fireplace or out on the veranda as we compared stories regarding our hiking and sightseeing adventures of the day. Each morning started with a scrumptious breakfast... More

My Husband & I traveled to Whitefish for a wedding, to visit friends and just to see beautiful Whitefish in the fall. Staying at the Hidden Moose Lodge made a perfect weekend even better. The room was so nicely decorated and comfortable. The living room and dining were so inviting and had all kinds of great information about the area.... More

My wife and I spent two delightful nights at the Hidden Moose Lodge in Whitefish, Montana. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for accomodations in the area. The lodge furnishes all the amenities you would find in a first class hotel, but there is much more. The big lodge room encourages the friendship not only of the hosts,... More
