We were a little late making reservations this summer, but Mo was very helpful in finding us rooms either here or at the Kelly. The AC was fine, everything comfortable, quiet and clean. We will return to the ClubHouse Inn as it's much more comfortable than our previous hotel (which had a dining room, but, even though the breakfast room... More

We stayed for one night only. I understand location brings a premium, but we have stayed at other locations like zion where the hotels were similar cost but much higher standard. One night was almost $250 including taxes. The room was very basic for this cost a 1/2 star. The hotel location is good, just next to the west entrance... More

The hotel is clean & staff very friendly. Mo @ the front desk suggested we eat dinner @ Serenity Bistro & what a great recommendation that was! This hotel is pricey, I guess just because it is such a tourist town but it is in a great location. We walked to the Grizzly/Wolf exhibit, Imax, shops & restaurants downtown &... More

The hotel is located in Yellow Stone West but a little too far to walk to the main street since it is at one end of the town. The room was clean and the staff was friend but Wifi is very weak. We stay for three nights but the price is a little high compare with what you get.

Clean, modern near all the action of West Yellowstone. Clean room and updated. Good service. Good free WIFI and nice free continental breakfast. Over priced but for the area and season....you do not have many choices. Acceptable. Similar to a Marriott low tier hotel with a high price tag but the management take pride in offering a clean atmosphere. Bathroom... More

While a great location, very close to the Yellowstone entrance, the overall experience was very disappointing. The amenities are far below expectations for the price. The breakfast room is tiny, the food selection was poor, the staff is attired in sanitarium clothing (you feel like you will be locked up at any moment looking at the horrid green uniforms they... We had planned a month-long driving trip in August with stays in nearly 20 hotels throughout Colorado, South Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming. I had no idea that my hip replacement surgery would force cancellation of the entire trip, but I simply could not medically wait. This was a sudden and very unexpected turn of events. Every hotel with which we... More

The hotel location is ideal since you only a few miles from the West gate entrance. My only complain is we could not sleep since the room walls are extremely thin. We could hear everything that was going on all around our room. The breakfast was okay if you like Cisco food.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable--but for the high price expected better service. the toilet didn't flush when we arrived and the tub wouldn't drain. Went down for breakfast at 9:30 and there was nothing left. I asked if more bisquits and gravy were coming out and the grouchy lady said "NO-we're out" I said you are supposed... More
