I wanted a king room but was told the king room did not have a refrigerator or micro wave so had to settle for a double queen room. Certainly not my first choice. The room was OK and was nicely cleaned each day. The "breakfast" was very ordinary.

We stayed here for three nights and we're happy we could bring our dog. Our room was fine and included a refrigerator and microwave. Our room had two queen beds and was very clean. The location was great and our room was situated well next to the parking. The staff was actually very helpful when we were there. The wifi... More

We knew that our stay in West Yellowstone would be expensive---It is a costly area for tourists and to be expected when visiting Yellowstone Park, so I was not surprised at the price really! I thought the hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was adequate, the front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly! We met... More

This place at on time must have been quite a jewel in West Yellowstone. Today it is just another place to stay. It is centrally located which was a big plus. As others have shared the lobby is magnificent with its motif. The rooms are just ok. We stayed on the second floor with a higher room number. We were... More

Just one night after our trip in Yellow stone. The room is big and beds are comfortable. The room rate was about USD 140 that I think because it was the beginning of the low season. Otherwise it will be about USD 200 which is a little expensive for us.

Hard to believe but true: the hotel which sells you 1 bed for 4 persons, and if you complain they try to intimidate you: exactly the hotel to avoid. We booked (and prepaid, nothing less than 283 USD!) a stay on July 17th 2015 for 2 adults and 2 children: at our arrival we didn’t get 2 queen beds like... More

The lobby of the hotel is large and welcoming with a very western decor complete with taxidermy bear and moose. My room, VERY SMALL!!!!! The bathroom was three by three. My room could have used a face lift. If you have multiple things to charge, you must bring a power strip. The breakfast was okay. Nothing special but adequate. The... More

I booked this hotel through expedia at a price of 289.00 per night. We had gone to yellowstone and needed to stay one night. We got to the hotel and checked in. The smell in the hotel was horrific. It smelled like mold and like an animal farm. The carpeting was so old and nasty. Our room air conditioner did... More

This is an old hotel but has been well maintained. It has many animals on display in the lobby which includes big open staircases-charming! The lobby invites guests to sit in comfy chairs to read or work. Convenient location for walking around town. Breakfast is standard continental breakfast fare. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We hadn't planned far enough ahead to stay elsewhere, so we were limited by availability when we booked. Great location - you can walk to grocery store next door, dinner down the road, and all kinds of shopping. Expensive, but most of them are. Service was great. Breakfast was continental and very simple but did the job. Wi-Fi worked great... More
