This hotel located by the west entrance of the national park. The hotel was an easy walk to most of the restaurants It was easy to find and the room was clean but in need of an update. The other reviews were correct in the fact that the breakfast was not good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The... More

The hotel as such is perfectly situated close to the Yellowstone Park Entrance and the Bear and Wulf Center. The rooms are well equipped, but the breakfast was really really poor with almost nothing eatable for a European. Hard boiled eggs and plastic packed things are not really a good start in the morning. Good for large groups, but definitively... More

Nice hotel by the entrance to national park. Friendly and very helpful staff. Like all other motels, inns and lodges in america, the breakfast is extremely unhealthy. Why does everything have to be SUGAR???? Who really wants that for breakfast? Nice, clean and big rooms, close to shopping and restaurants. Pluss for swimmingpool and hot-tub.

friendly reception, well organized, nice rooms. was there with a group of 28 pax. breakfast room by far too small, especially, when other groups in the same Hotel at the same time...! everything (restaurants, shops etc.) close within 10 min. walking distance. very unhealthy breakfast (everything sweet, too much sugar, canned fruit only). improvement necessary!

We are a group of 9 currently staying here for 6 nights during a photography holiday in Yellowstone Park. Hotel excellent in every way, rooms more than adequate, clean and toiletry necessities well-stocked (good after a long day's photography when a shower is a necessity!) Staff are friendly and very helpful - comp breakfast has frequently been to hand before... More

It served the purpose to have a decent stay, though it was not super optimal to get into Yellowstone and required always a 20min ride to get in to the park and 1h for the Canyon at the east side. But all hotels inside the park were booked, so that seemed the closest of all alternatives. Hotel is really ok,... More

We stayed at the lodge as a base for our visit to the perk. It was above average. The room was large and clean. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent. But the hotel was convenient to the local attractions. The breakfast buffet was average. The only complaint is a noisy vent fan in the bathroom.

Visited West Yellowstone from England and was delighted by our choice of hotel. Small, friendly and conveniently positioned for viewing the town. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, clean and well maintained. Basic breakfast but sufficient. Lovely pool and hot tub. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would certainly return if we visited the area again. West... More

The confusion started about fifteen days, prior to our arrival. We were originally booked for two nights. I called the hotel to request an extension of our stay, by one day. A desk clerk confirmed our extension. About thirty minutes after I hung up, the clerk called me back to say she had made a mistake and could not extend... More
