No it's not a 5 star hotel, but clean and affortable and a great place to stay if all you are looking for is a place to sleep. I can't believe these people who pay $200.00 a night for somewhere to sleep. IF you are citified or "frou frou" maybe you should check out some of the other hotels closer... more

Saw the reviews and booked this cheap motel. It's a great price. It's nothing fancy, but the rooms are clean, comfortable and cosy and the owner is very friendly. We got a welcome package when checking in and a good advice for a restaurant (The Outpost restaurant). I would definitely stay again at this motel. Also have breakfast at the... more

In the past ten years we stayed here four times. This year more than a week. You find Lazy G on a quiet spot of West Yellowstone, but not more then a ten minutes walk from the shops and restaurants. The rooms are - as stated in an other review - clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The owner, Janice, is... more

We stayed here for three nights while fly-fishing in Yellowstone. We had the two bedroom unit with kitchen. It was very clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. We will stay here again when we return for more fishing!! more

The room can't be cleaner, parking is adjacent or close to your room. Only one block from the greatest Breakfast place around, Running Bear was perfect way to start the day. The Lazy G is not for the "5 Star" folks, maybe not even 3 Star but was perfect for those of us who want a clean affordable room. more

Last year when we visited Yellowstone we stayed at the Lazy G for our first time. Great quiet place to stay and only one block from the best breakfast in town the Running Bear Pancake House. We returned this year and the the motel as good as last year. Jan the owner is very helpful in answering all your questions... more

Was a little tentative about this hotel... but when we arrived we were so surprised at how CLEAN and comfortable the rooms were, and how nice the owner was! She was very helpful when we had car trouble, and were not going to be able to make it to town for our first night's stay. Cute, humble, a little ways... more

The motel is in a very quiet area away from the touristy area of West Yellowstone, yet you can still easily walk to all restaurants and shops. Our suite was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well maintained. I'm a very light sleeper and very sensitive to noise, so quiet surroundings are very important to me. I slept like a log the... more

Lazy G is neither fancy nor contemporary - it's humble and simple. However, my family and I found the accommodations quite comfortable and the owner, Janice, extremely helpful. We stayed in unit 4 and enjoyed the seperate bedrooms. I wish one of the bedrooms had a TV, but the family shared the flat screen TV in the smal living room.... more
