I have stayed in nicer places that I enjoyed more, but for what it is, it is great. It met my expectations. It was clean, they were friendly, price was cheap. All good by me. Has complimentary breakfast in local restaurant that is not that good, but that is the only quibble.

The front desk staff, especially Britt, and the waiters/waitresses were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and warm. Very comfortable. My friends and I are looking forward to going back snowmobiling soon. Bill Gamble Helena, MT

This is an older hotel, but the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The kids (ages (4-16) loved the pool with its fun slide and hot tubs. The hotel provides shampoo and soap, but DOES NOT provide conditioner which I have NEVER experienced and wasn't prepared for so that was kind of annoying. When questioned about it, the... More

This hotel has it's quirks but it is quite quaint and very reflective of the area. Unless you are staying at one of the resorts, this is a good choice. We had lots of room with an actual private bedroom and then another full bed in a room with a couch and chair. We spent three nights at the hotel... More

Our family stayed here with another family, we both have 6 people. The rooms were large enough for us and the hotel staff was great. We were looking for a budget friendly place to stay, close to Yellowstone and this was a perfect fit for us. The pool was an added bonus, our kids ages 4-13 loved the water slide.... More

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Yellowstone National Park. The room was clean; lots of parking; free internet; and the biggest complimentary breakfasts I have ever seen; on our second day, we split one breakfast between the two of us. West Yellowstone is a quaint tourist village. The west entrance to YNP is super close. It was perfect... More

The hotel is actually a motel. The rooms are spacious and have a sink in the bedroom. The bathroom was clean and the TV set is up to date. The bedding is okay. The breakfast is included but you have to pay for the drinks and tip and at the end you will end up pay at least $10 for... More

I rented a room for my birthday so I could gain access to the hot tub and waterside. After my experience I doubt I will ever do that again. The rooms were 200$, the rooms were too small to fit any of my fun decorations, and worst of all the bathroom was barely big enough for me to change in.... More
