Great location, near Yellowstone National Park entrance. The hotel was nice and clean. Fun pool with waterslide. Shawn at the front desk was very helpful in giving us recommendations for restaurants in the local area.

We stayed in a double queen room. The bathroom doesn't keep sound private and has no fan so we used the ones near the front counter to do the #2 business for the sake of all room occupants. The pool was nice and had a water-slide. You only get two semi free breakfasts despite how many occupants are in the... More

Maybe it was poor planning on my part, but I soon realized if you plan on visiting Yellowstone and using the West entrance, you better make you reservations way ahead of time. This is both, the most expensive room I have ever paid for and the most outdated and need of repairs room we have slept in. The pros: It... More

Request a room on the 2nd floor, preferably of the new wing. Weather is delightful and you can keep your windows open at night. Good location. Easy to walk to shops and grocery stores. Breakfast is n a restaurant attached to the hotel. You have 2 choices for the free breakfast, but beverages are extra. Helpings are very generous, food... More

Definitely not worth $300 per night. But then again, we stayed at the Holiday Inn in town and that wasn't worth it either. Room furniture was dated and lacking chairs to watch T.V. Could only watch T.V. on the beds. Room only had small table and 2 chairs in the corner away from T.V. No desk lamp. CFL bulbs are... More

Stayed here during a midweek visit to Yellowstone in July. We paid around $230 per night including taxes for a room that should be worth around $60, so it knocks it down a few stars for being so overrated. The hotel was noisy during due to its location on the main highway and the room furnishings felt a bit out... More

This was a great location, but not worth the $250 a night that we paid for it. It is dated but it was clean. We stayed in 3 different places in West Yellowstone and they all seemed to be in the same condition.

The Hotel is dated and the rooms are noisy at night. The staff was helpful and accommodating. We paid $477 for two nights with breakfast included. You eat at a restaurant attached to the hotel lobby. The breakfast comes out fast and was a lot to eat. The hotel is only a few blocks from the main street where shopping... More

This hotel was a little overpriced, but well worth it's location! It was just outside the west gate to Yellowstone. It provided a free breakfast, though you did have to pay for tax and tip! It was hearty (toast or biscuit, eggs, hash browns and meet (ham, sausage, bacon) and held us over most of the day so we did... More
