We stayed there August 3rd and 4th 2014.. The rooms are plain, the staff is great. Continental breakfast is one of the best I have ever had! Internet is terrible! I would definitely stay again! Great location! Considering the other hotels in West Yellowstone are almost double the price, I feel it was worth it! The worst part was the... More

My wife and I stayed at the BW Desert Inn for three nights while visiting Yellowstone National Park. This hotel is in the heart of West Yellowstone with great access to restaurants, shopping, and other services in the town. Also it is very close (~1 mile) to the west entrance of Yellowstone. Our room was fine with no issues. Service... More

The rooms are clean and the location is good but that's about it. I booked many months in advance and requested a room on the top floor but they gave me a room on the ground floor facing the street and parking (and I have the Best Western membership..). I asked to change it for a top floor room and... More

If you stay in Yellowstone, BW is the best choice since at least you know the service standard is not compromised. in addition the good attitude of the employees as well as the other service also imprssed me.

We stayed here each of the last two years in August. The rooms aren't as pristine as they appeared a year ago. The carpet in our room was stained. The common area was showing wear. The eating area for breakfast is far too small to accommodate a full house. The hotel is well located. The door to our room was... More

This was an ok hotel for the family trip to Yellowstone. It was a little pricey for what it was and breakfast was very crowded, but other than that we did not have complaints. It was located extremely close to the park entrance which was very convenient. Breakfast was hearty and the pool and jacuzzi were nice without being crowded.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly, excellent hot breakfast, good internet access. Good location and parking. No problems or complaints. Speedy check in and check out. Did not use pool. Expensive compared to other motels, but worth it. I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Desert Inn in West Yellowstone.

Stayed here two nights while visiting Yellowstone Park. Rooms were clean and big. Front desk employees were friendly and helpful. Nice indoor pool and spa. Easy access to the park. There are a lot of rather humble hotels in West Yellowstone so we were glad we booked rooms here. Would definitely stay again on our next Yellowstone trip.

Im always happy with Best Western. I'm figuring any time I'm with my family thats where I'm going! the breakfast was very nice, and the young lady that was taking care of it was very helpful. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the people at the front desk were very nice.
