Before we arrived, we called the hotel directly about the rollaway charge and were told it would cost $8. When we arrived, we were charged for $15. There were no explanations. Other than that, it was a clean place to stay.

Stayed at Best Western Desert Inn for one night while visiting Yellowstone NP. Only a few minutes drive to park entrance was a definite plus. Hotel quiet, room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, contained the usual hot breakfast items. Breakfast area is small and a bit crowded with not a lot of space to... More

A bit expensive, but considering the "resort" area, maybe not. Don't expect a great breakfast, just eggs, cereal, toast, and some sweet rolls, not much of a selection. Breakfast room was a bit small for the tables there, kept getting bumped by others as they squeezed by our chairs. Place was clean and quiet however.

Very convenient to main part of town. Within walking distance to any part of town. Very clean and friendly staff. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would stay there again. The breakfast was also really good.

There is a lack of proper lighted parking for all the guest and a lack of seating for breakfast. The rooms and hotel are very clean and service was good. The beds seemed to be sorft and lumpy which for a new or recently refurbished hotel seemed a little odd.

With complete lack of wi-fi; a ridiculously poor design for the breakfast buffet and a broken control for our HVAC in the room, the stay was less than pleasurable. All easily fixable with better management and maintenance, which in and of itself is frustrating!

I stayed here on a trip with my dad. I found it to be friendly, clean and had a good hot breakfast. The guys at the front desk even helped us complete the ALS ice bucket challenge, which was out of their regular work day. I would stay there again and suggest to anyone.

I read the reviews on TripAdvisor before I booked this hotel and I have to wonder how it gets such a good rating, maybe the other accommodation in West Yellowstone is really bad? We stayed August 2014 with 2 children and we are seasoned travellers. The hotel is clean, in a good central location and generally OK but there were... More

We stayed there August 3rd and 4th 2014.. The rooms are plain, the staff is great. Continental breakfast is one of the best I have ever had! Internet is terrible! I would definitely stay again! Great location! Considering the other hotels in West Yellowstone are almost double the price, I feel it was worth it! The worst part was the... More

My wife and I stayed at the BW Desert Inn for three nights while visiting Yellowstone National Park. This hotel is in the heart of West Yellowstone with great access to restaurants, shopping, and other services in the town. Also it is very close (~1 mile) to the west entrance of Yellowstone. Our room was fine with no issues. Service... More
