Because we were traveling across the country with our dog in tow, we rented one of the cabins. Each cabin had it's own little car parking place, table & bench, fire pit/grill, and porch w/ little bench swing. You need to provide your own sheets & pillows, but the interior was plenty clean. There was a full sized bed, and... More

The grounds are kept up nice and most of the support staff were quite pleasant. The manager and security were quite rude. He was not helpful on the phone and extremely inflexible and hostile in person. When questioned he threatened to check us out of the park early. We loaded up and left a day early because of the Jerk... More

We were lucky to find an opening anywhere near Yellowstone the day before we were visiting. We found 1 opening here and booked a Deluxe Kottage which was a 6 sleeper. There was only 2 of us but the minimal number of hours we were there was pretty comfortable. The weather was fantastic so it was definitely nice sleeping with... More

We originally planned to do tent camping inside Yellowstone but once we learned that the overnight temperature drops to the mid 30s, we decided to get a heated cabin instead. We made a reservation online three nights before we arrived. I think we lucked out and got a newer kabin (#124). We could still smell the clear paint. It was... More

I had read the reviews before we went to West Yellowstone KOA and was very leary. After being there last week, I was very pleased. The staff was very friendly and helped us to our site. I was having trouble connecting to the internet and a staff member immediately helped me. The park was very clean with breathtaking views. As... More

We stayed 3 nights at the West Yellowstone KOA and it has everything to offer a traveler. The laundry is nice, restaurant is excellent but pricey (in Yellowstone what isnt expensive?). The tent sites are bit narrow and right up next to a busy road so sleeping was interesting. Its terribly convenient to Yellowstone National Park but it won't be... More

Missed handeled our reservations. When my wife complained he the Manager told her she was full of you know what. When I confronted him about the way he talked to my wife he told me to leave the park old man or he would Kick you know what. His exact words. His name was Jeremie. We will never go back... More

I stayed 4 nights, it was the only relatively reasonably priced place I could find near Yellowstone without camping. I wasn't expecting much from the 1 room kabin, I was expecting a glorified shed. When I arrived check in was fast and the staff were very pleasant. The Kabins have card readers to open the door. They are very sturdy... More

We will never return to this KOA for a variety of reasons: facilities are good, but the WiFi system is totally inadequate. Very disappointing! Further, we went to breakfast only to have to listen to the political opinions of an "army" cook who was very offensive. This is not the venue to subject the public to personal political opinions. Finally,... More

Pool a little too cold to enjoy. Not sure why you have to 14 to use the hot tub. The hot tub would be a nice place for the younger ones to warm up a little.
