Basics of the park were well run. Reservations were correct, space was clean, trash was collected. The pool was over crowded all the time, we frequently were kicked off wifi, the few staples they had in their store were so over priced it was cheaper to pack up the. Fam and go into town for bread etc. too bad as... More

We stayed two nights in a cottage, and it was a different experience from other KOA stays weve had. While the cabin seemed clean, it was bare bones minimum. Remember to pack your linens, towels, and SOAP! We forgot hand soap for the bathroom, and the little shop on site didn't sell any. The people in the store/office were not... More

I called the campground before we booked a campsite, it was our first trip to Yellowstone and everyone was scaring me about all the "dont tent camp cuz there are bears talk." I believe I spoke with the manager he made me feel at ease, told me there hadnt been a bear sighting in several years and told me that... More

Stayed here 9/17/13 Asked the owner John for a quiet site, ended up right next to the registration/main entrance. He was then unreachable, as it was after hours, and we had a horrible night. No hot water beyond the first four minutes of the shower... Black mold in some of the stalls. Called about the stay and he was a... More

I stayed here with my wife and four kids back in July... The place was great... Only thing we did not care for was the half wit cook.. He was hitting on my 12 year old daughter.. The maintance staff was excellent ... Exspecally the 2 young mowers... They took great care of us

We stayed at the West Yellowstone KOA for 3 days after Labour Day. When we checked in we were told that we were in bear country and that we should not leave food or our barbeque out at night to avoid bears. We asked if there was a bear problem and we were told that a bear had been sighted... More

My son and I were motorcycling thru the western US and so we thought we'd try camping a few days. Yellowstone Park KOA seemed to be a pleasant place to try out our new tent a couple nights. We checked in and found the staff pleasant and helpful having all our reservation data. But $45 a night just to set... More

For the good things: nice staff, clean park, good food at on site café. This year we have RV'd for 4 months and make most of our reservations on line. We did this with this campground several weeks in advance because of the holiday weekend. When we arrived, the rate jumped 30% over the published rate due to holiday. That... More

We stayed here for 3 days while visiting Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. The campground was very clean and quiet. My kids loved the indoor pool in the log cabin building. So nice after a cold, damp day in the parks. We enjoyed the canteen and the store was well stocked. We always enjoy staying at KOAs and this was... More

Members of my family & I recently rented one of the two room cabins at the Yellowstone Park KOA in Wes Yellowstone Montana for two nights while visiting Yellowstone National Park. Our trip to the Park was spontaneously planned over Labor Day weekend. When looking for lodging, I knew I did not want to spend a small fortune just to... More
