We stayed in Yellowstone Park Hotel for 5 nights in September. It is a great base location for trips in to the park. We did both organised tours and our own trips and it was so easy to access Yellowstone. The rooms are a nice size and have everything you need, it did take us a few attempts to get... More

Ideal location within minutes of one of the entrances but cheaper than staying inside. Also 5 minutes walk from lots of nice restaurants. Big rooms with microwave. A/C is noisy – or it was in room 312- & our friends said the same. Nice towelling bath robes. Good enough for a night or two There is a good designer outlet... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in late September. Managed to get an upgrade (wife's birthday). Modern establishment, friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast ok - nothing special. Lovely room with spa bath. Only problem was the noisy air conditioning system. I had to heat the room up and then unplug the units to stop the noise. Apart from that... More

It is very good. Our stay is very comfortable. The room is clean and two queen beds. The bathroom is clean too. I like it very much. Super!!!!!!! And it is not too expensive too. I would say it makes me feel good

We stayed there for a couple of day. All people were nice and friendly. Great location, and very clean environment. Nice food, excellent room services with great experience. The room was plush, luxurious and refined. I had a nice room with a French balcony looking out onto the courtyard. The room was absolutely serene. Perfect after a busy day. The... More

This hotel is close to the exit to Yellowstone. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly. The indoor swimming pool looks like you are in a parents home but other services are better. The breakfast is like other free breakfast in this kind of hotels.

The hotel is clean and well maintained, the staff is courteous and friendly, the amenities are entirely serviceable, and the location is perfect for visiting the park. However, the walls are so thin that you can hear every word said in the room next door. Obviously management is aware of this, because they have a placard in the room advising... More

Four adults stayed in one room with two queen beds on September 13 through September 15. The room was clean, the bedding was nice. There is a coffee maker, fridge and microwave oven in the room. The bathroom was large enough for two adult females to put their make up on at the same time without being in each others... More

Hotel is clean and tidy. Nice fancy lobby and front desk. WiFi was just barely functional (I.e email and very basic browsing). Breakfast is average, was served in an overly crowded breakfast hall when we were there.

Only a staff that consistently tried their best avoided the "Terrible" rating. Booked and prepaid through Orbitz. I'll never make either of those mistakes again. We were treated like second class citizens from the beginning; probably because of company policies regarding Orbitz bookings. Impossible for me to believe that at 2:30 in the afternoon the only available King Room was... More
