The room is the size of a postage stamp. I am trying to think of something nice to say, I guess the air conditioning worked. The room was $165/night, it seems like something would be nice. The mattress on the bed was slightly bigger than a twin and lumpy. I think they may have found an old sheep herders cabin... More

My husband and I stayed here last night. We were on our way home from Wyoming and decided to drive through the park and stay in West Yellowstone. We checked in around 1030pm then promptly left to grab a bite to eat. We returned back to the hotel around midnight. My husband noticed the air conditioning was on which, was... More

Once again, I am sorry for the frightful night you had. I think, if you look back, you will remember I did apologize for the incident several times. I'm sorry you felt I was being aloof. If I came across that way to you, it was because I was shocked to hear your story. I told you I would be... More

Great location as you're so close to the west yellowstone entrance. Quite a small room and fairly tired looking, however you do have free parking and location is perfect for the restaurants in west yellowstone and the park entrance. The wi-fi signal is really weak and the tv only has one channel and is rather fussy also there is no... More

Thank you for your kind review. We are trying to improve the internet. Part of the problem is the antiquated service from our service provider. Once we have affordable fiber optic service in town, we will do better with our internet. We are upgrading our rooms with new carpeting and ceramic tile floors. This is a gradual process and we... The only thing this place has going for it is the location!!! Lots of nearby shops and places to eat, and close to Yellowstone. The beds were ok. They should be ashamed of the price charged! Interesting looking bathroom, not sure if it has been remodeled. In the shower the cold is on the left but it did work.

Thank you for your input. We are a low-end hotel in the town. As such, you must ask for some amenities. Hair dryers are available upon request at the front desk. Unfortunately, when we had them in every room, some previous guests decided to take them to their next hotel, just in case they didn't have one there. I regret... More

A budget room, not much more. Wifi in lobby only. Do not confuse with "Travel Lodge" the chain. I stay here regularly because I don't require much and it is improving slightly. It is downtown which is convenient. I do agree it is with other reviewers it is overpriced; however, it is in West Yellowstone and it is in the... More

This hotel is awful. It's cheap and nothing works inside. The heater was either on full blast or not at all. They were empty but wouldn't let us check in until 3. We wanted to cancel our stay after seeing their facility but they were going to charge us for one night anyway at an overpriced amount so we suffered... More

Only positive is that it is near centre, other than that nothing else. Not that clean, everything needs updating and the rooms are poor. Not that big,old coffee maker and TV,which had lines on every channel. Stop somewhere else if you are in this area.

We found Yellowstone camp sites full and ended up here. We paid $199 Including tax for a motel that should be $59. The place is pretty loud with lots of noise from the floors, people in other rooms, and talking on their ways to their rooms. The place is no frills, but clean.

They young person working the reception desk came in from another country for the summer. Unfortunately, they did not speak enough English to easily transact business. They had to keep using their phone to find a translation into English for what they were trying to say. Add that to the fact that the room was old, small dated, and not... More

We arrived at the Yellowstone around 5PM after attending a memorial service with no reservations at all. We drove around and pretty much the whole town was sold out. This was the only hotel that had opening. Stayed for one night before heading to Yellowstone National Park. There's cleanliness issues in the room, the bed cover was dusty. I just... More
