I wish we could have stayed longer, but we were only here 1 night. We had a regular room, which was quite large. The motel consists of several buildings. Ours had 8 rooms, all entered from an interior hallway. It had a king bed, small frig, microwave, small table and 2 chairs, and a tv. The bed was very comfortable.... More

This place was so perfect for our big group. It was very roomy and quiet. We visited west Yellowstone during the summer to see the park and it was really a great choice. The fella at the desk was very friendly and helpful even though we barely made the check in time (before 9pm). Though we had called and said... More

Pine Shadows is a lot nicer than I imagined with it being a motel and its reasonable prices in West Yellowstone. The couple that runs it is very welcoming and nice. Our room was small but very clean and still had a fridge and microwave. It's obvious they paid attention to the bathroom, making it convenient for travelers. We were... More

We stayed in condo 116.[ 2 bedrooms 2 bath] We arrived a bit earlier than reg check in, but after a 14 hour drive , we were happy to be welcomed by the owner and staff anyway. After receiving our keys , we were pleasantly surprised to find a freshly cleaned cabin with fresh linens & towels. Probably the first... More

The condo we stayed at was basic but had three bedrooms and two full baths with full kitchen and family room. Water was hot and plentiful. Beds were very comfortable. Front desk could not have been more helpful. The location was maybe two miles from Yellowstone entrance. We felt this was a great value as we were there six nights.... More

We enjoyed our 5-nights stay there to have a good rest after long days in Yellowstone NP. It is located 5 mn away from west entrance, which is very convenient, and all the restaurants are there (car not mandatory but better...) The room was tiny but ok to stay only to sleep. Private bathroom. Good pricing for the area. Pillow... More

Great choice for our trip to West Yellowstone. Young owners were very friendly and accommodating with fair rates for this tourist city. Everything was new and well kept. Has onsite laundry which is a plus. Would definitely choose this place again if return. Within walking distance from the downtown area even for this old couple!! Includes cable TV and wireless... I booked a room for August 2014 with 6 months in advance, requesting a quiet room. when I arrived I discovered that instead of giving me a room on the courtyard, I was given a room on hwy 20. I asked to change it but they told me that the hotel was fully booked. probably 6 months before they had... More

I am sorry for your unfavorable stay. I assure you that we try our best to get each person the room that they desire. We are just an 8 room motel so moving people around is often not easy. But again I apologize for this. As for the carpets, we have a carpet cleaning business come in every spring and... More

No frills, but the room was spacious and spotless. Good value in relation to other places in West Yellowstone, many of which can run you a good chunk of change for what you get in peak season. The staff was very friendly, giving suggestions for restaurants and activities in town. Noticing we had kids, they even pointed out the park,... More

We choose the hotel as it is close to Yellowstone, the welcome at the reception was not specially friendly, we got our Keys. On the next morning i tried to turn on the floor lamp but the only think i got was a flash flame out of it! As the office opens only at 9 we reported this by voicemail.... More
