This was our second stay but first in a condo. 6 of us stayed in condo in July 2015. Great condo, 2 bed, 2 bath with rooms upstairs. More then enough room for 6 adults. We all love this place! Close to restaurants, shops and Yellowstone entrance and a very quiet part of town. West Yellowstone is my all time... More

Clean place with updated (new?) rooms, but there are some issues. We wanted to use the laundry, but the dryer went out while we were there. Also, the walk to the laundry building was very dark. Probably the biggest thing, though, was that there was no 24-hour attendant in the office. We had no one to tell about the laundry... More

A good value for the area. The room was clean and spacious (stayed in the motel section). They have a sign for quiet hours. In October, there weren't families with kids (thankfully). The walls were thin, even with adults trying to be quiet and respectful of the other guests. I woke up at 3am because I heard a person in... More

We spend 3 nights at the Pine Shadows Motel when we were visiting Yellowstone. It was perfect compared to the other hotels at the same range of price. It's not luxuous, but the rooms are well furnished and I think it was refreshed recently. The staff was very kind and helpful. Only one thing (but that's the same for all... More

Searching TripAdvisor many times didn't reveal this little place. Great, friendly staff, very helpful. Well laid out. except for no towel rack near sink. Can walk to restaurants and into tourist-trip town. DIRECTV with hundreds of channels. 37” HDTV. Quiet. Cheaper than most paces in W. Yellowstone. We stayed four nights.

We stayed at Pine Shadows for 5 nights. This motel is really nice, cozy and clean. You can make your own food outside; there are grills available. We brought our own portable cooking stove and were making our breakfasts outside. Highly recommend this place!

It seems like most of the West Yellowstone hotels close to this one are the same style - the kind you would have seen on Route 66 50 years ago. Pine Shadows appears to be newer than it's neighbors. There are rooms and condos available here. The rooms are in a short, squat building that feels more like what I'm... More

We booked this place for one night on our way through the park. What a nice place to stay. It sits on a main road, but it was so quiet in the room. Never even knew other people were around. The room was tatstefully decorated and very clean. The staff here was absolutly amazeing. The gentleman at the front desk... More

Honestly, I grant a 4 rather than a 3 because, as others have noted, the owners really do seem to care. This place has more potential. The price is indeed quite reasonable given the competition. We had room 101 in the small front "motel" building, facing the interior parking lot. The odd-numbered motel rooms will be your best bet, as... More

This was the cheapest avaliable motel i could find in West Yellowstone. Booked for 2 nights. Wow, what a great motel this is! Great service great rooms. Clean, enough space and good beds. I would go again when nearby. Close to all the restaurants and of course Yellowstone.
