The only reason we booked in here was because everything else in town was full. The facilities and rooms were shabby and dirty, and the beds were uncomfortable. Charging $200 plus for a double room was highway robbery! I could not wait to get out of there.

What a pit. Sleep in your car. Beds hard, carpet gross, tv older than me. While staff was ok it was still not enough to polish this turd. It location aint bad but its west Yellowstone. How far can you get from anywhere.

This was actually the cheapest in the area when I booked but was still twice as much as I am used to for a small town motel. This is likely due to being near the park. The room did not include a fridge and the internet was dodgy while I was there Otherwise staff was friendly and helpful. My recommendation... More

The good stuff: Large rooms,Great HOT water, walking distance to main part of town, Quiet, Good value for your dollar and OK decor. Climate control worked great. Many different type of rooms available (kitchenettes, bedroom, suites) Remodeling efforts were underway everyday, we were there.. Cons: Old and very tired rooms, peeling paint, broken (cracked) window, cracked mirror, sticky door. The... More

We had a 1-night reservation. Hotel was over-priced. Check-in time was 3PM. We arrived 2 hrs early (1PM). Manager/Owner was sitting in the lobby. Told his clerk not to check us in till 3PM. Would not even check if they had a room or not. Said his policy was no check-in till 3PM regardless. Felt like I was talking to... More

Just checked in and yes the rooms are spacious but very over priced for the quality. If I'm going to pay this amount for a hotel I expect everything to work. Our ceiling fan doesn't work and the receptionist told us to go find another hotel if we weren't happy. I'll be talking to the manager in the morning.

This hotel was the worst we have ever stayed at! Our family had 2 rooms, one had to switch room 3 times before it was even remotely acceptable to stay in. We both would have checked out and stayed somewhere else, but the town was booked up. Rooms were old and in very bad shape. In one room the bathroom... More

The location was perfect. The service was not that great and the availability to the office for information and check-out was nil. Won't stay there again for the price. Would not recommend staying at end of tourist season.

It is a small motel, among many others in this town, and doesn't really have anything which would make me think it's better than any. The condition of the rooms was pretty tired - the mattresses and all the fittings in the room felt pretty old. The tap in the basin was broken and they couldn't do anything to fix... More

For $158, I expected a decent stay! NOT SO. There was barely room to walk between the beds that faced each other across the room. One bed had a TV on the vanity next to it. No lamp or room for one. The bathroom was nasty, tiles falling off in the shower, black stuff growing out of the cracks, a... More
