Great renovation of a beautiful old hotel. The décor of the hotel has been accurately redone to preserve the historical look of the hotel. Great place to stay, eat, enjoy some local culture. Great venue for a wedding, party, whatever. They often have live music either on the patio or downstairs in the pub. Fine dining on the main level;... More

Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms small but what I expected for older historic hotel. Nice amenities but no hair dryer. Linen and towels in excellent condition. The only real negative was the poor internet service. One Bar sometimes 2 bars in room. Lobby was not much better.

We spent three nights at the Sacajawea in August. It is a wonderful hotel and we experienced great customer service. The restaurant was excellent and I laughed that I had to travel to Three Forks, Montana go experience all you can eat king crab legs. The salads and steaks were wonderful. Keep in mind this is a very old hotel.... More

This Hotel is very comfortable and unique. It is just an experience to be had with the history, the architecture, the excellent food/beverages, the personable staff, and the above average amenities. This was a great treat from motels along a long motorcycle journey. We should have stayed longer. If you love to fish…stay in the area (and the hotel)…you won't... More

After eating in the downstairs bar we went up to the veranda to listen to live entertainment. The hotel had a singer/guitar player entertaining the visitors at the hotel. There were nice chairs to sit in and listen to the music. If you wanted food or drink there was a waitress taking your order. The hotel provided a very enjoyable... More

A charming place to stay. Staff was excellent and friendly. A really fun place to stay off the 'beat and path'. The rooms are very clean and the bed was comfortable. The rooms are small but that is what we expected with an restored historic hotel. It was nice weather and we loved having the option of eating breakfast on... More

We stayed at the Sacajawea on our way to Yellowstone 2 weeks ago. Amazed to find such a wonderful hotel in a small town. Off the Interstate enough to not hear the traffic noise, and close enough for convenience. The hotel is beautiful inside and out! Huge front porch with comfy chairs, large lawn (husband and son tossed the football... More

Three Forks is a small town about 30 miles from Bozeman MT that contains this old, beautifully renovated, railroad inn. On checkin we were offered a glass of champagne and a continental breakfast (on real plates!) was delivered to our door the next morning. Our room with queen size bed was small though well appointed, but the expansive front porch... More

Love this place! Wish we could stay more than one night. Beautifully restored hotel that retains historic character. Clean and comfortable. Lots of luxurious extras - the bath products include lip balm, the lavender relaxing spray by the bed, the essential oil diffuser... And the stay included breakfast in bed!

My husband had made reservations at this hotel based on his friend's recommendation who lived just a few miles from Three Forks. We had just begun our ten-day road trip from Wonderful Wyoming headed to Washington State, and we had our four-month old Golden Retriever puppy along for the ride. So, we needed a pet-friendly hotel. Did I say that... More
