This was our final stay on our trip and we were pleasantly surprised by the setup of the lodge. The rooms were simple but homey. There was no TV or air conditioning but it was nice to have a simpler setup. Everything was very clean. The only improvement we might suggest is wider sheets on the bed. The owner was... More

Our original reservation didn't work out so they referred us at 9pm down the road to this location. It was so much better than our original. We were able to pick a room from the board out front (actually we neede three rooms). It is quaint, high quality, extremely clean and the court yard very inviting. The breakfast made by... More

The best food you'll have in a very long time. We go every summer and it wows us over and over again. The dinners are divine. Every summer Kathleen does a few weekend specials that will get you two nights, two breakfasts and two dinners for a great price. It makes a luxury weekend affordable. The rooms are cozy, no... This was an unexpected find during a cold rain storm. We stumbled upon it on our motorcycles. It was one of the best and most charming Inns I've ever visited. I loved every second. From the great breakfasts to the log cabin rooms. I can hardly say enough about how great The Laughing Horse is. Kathleen, the owner, makes it... More

In August, 2014, my riding friend and I shipped our motorcycles west to Denver from Connecticut and followed them by plane for 3 weeks of riding through Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho. By the time we got to Glacier National Park, we had put on over 3,500 miles on our bikes. We had a great ride through Glacier on... More

We enjoyed our stayed at the Laughing Horse Lodge. A lovely, quiet location with nice gardens and courtyard. The food was great. We were surprised to see the restaurant so busy on a weeknight. The rooms were nice, clean and basic, but all we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will surely come again. The food was great and being unplugged for a few days was priceless. It was nice to meet new people each morning at breakfast and share stories.

I've been going to Laughing Horse with my family for years so I consider myself an expert reviewer. This place is AMAZING. I've been privileged to eat at some of the best restaurants in New York, Paris, LA, etc etc so when I say this place is amazing, I really mean it. Kathleen and the entire team at Laughing Horse... We arrived on a Wednesday afternoon. The courtyard area is a little oasis with a fountain, hanging baskets, and some lovely plants all around. We stayed in the room with two bunk beds since our kiddos were with us. The room was sufficient for what we needed. We had dinner there the first night, and it was delicious. It could... More

We chose the Laughing Horse Lodge based on the positive reviews we saw on Trip Advisor and because of the prices/negative reviews on hotels that were close to Glacier National Park. We knew that the Laughing Horse was pretty far from the park but we typically don't mind a drive. Let me just say that the lodge is a beautiful... More
