We booked our stay through the Choice Hotels 1-800 number and requested a smoking room. Upon arrival, we found that the operator had not given us our requested room and only non-smoking rooms were available. Not a problem for me a non-smoker, but my husband smokes a pipe. So a non-smoking room requires that he go outside everytime he wants... more
