My wife and I are hikers and we rented the cabins for a couple of nights to explore the east side of Glacier National Park. We were looking for relatively quick access to the St. Mary entrance as well as to the Many Glacier entrance. The cabins are located closer to St. Mary, but not bad for jumpin' on up... More

As a frequent traveler to cabins in the mountains we found these to be just right. Not too rustic, not to out-dated and not too expensive. #12 was our selected cabin and was quiet other than the glorious sound of the water right there on the side of our cabin. Clean and kept that way through out our stay. Three... More

Everything about this place is great. Fantastic location, friendly staff, and great cabins! Luxury feel to these cabins. After a day of hiking, it was nice to retreat to the deck to watch the sunset. Bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were much nicer than I anticipated, and bigger than any hotel bathroom you could have. I believe we... More

Conveniently located between the two entrances to Glacier National Park, these spacious cabins nestled into the mountain side were the ideal experience in the area. Separate bedroom with a King bed so high you had to climb in, so plush and soft, you never wanted to leave. Rough-hewn look on inside and out but lots of luxury here. On of... More

The location of these cabins is superb. There are two gas stations within a 30 second drive, a large, well-stocked supermarket within a one-minute walk, at least three coffee shops nearby, a restaurant within the hotel complex and its also nearby a car park that houses the iconic red buses so it offers outstanding photographic opportunities too. The entrance to... More

The log cabins are fairly new, very nice, well maintained and in a beautiful setting. The cabins come in various sizes and are spaced out in order to provide some privacy. Cabin 4 was perfect for the two of us. The cabin had a microwave and small refrigerator, a relaxing sofa with good lighting for reading, a table that served... More

This was our 11th visit to Glacier. Started out staying on the west side. It took us a couple of visits to discover why not stay on the east side where all the premier hikes are close. We discovered Glacier Tralhead cabins on our third visit. This place is great. It is always very clean and comfortable. The cabins have... More

We used this as a halfway stop around the Park. The buildings are set back from the main road of the park and the views are of mountains,so ask for a room facing the mountains. The inside of the room is dated but ,it is clean and quiet in the rooms. There is a place to eat dinner in the... More

We loved our 2 night stay at Glacier Trailhead Cabins. They were perfectly clean, spacious - even had a small dinette table that we could sit at to eat breakfast. And was a REAL cabin. We kept the windows open at night and it was so quiet - it was wonderful. The only negative was the tiny shower - but... More

The Glacier Trailhead Cabins were very nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again based upon this experience. We made reservations after reading the reviews and when Many Glacier was all booked up. Something to consider if you want a more last minute trip to Glacier National Park. The location is close to both Many Glacier and St Mary’s.... More
