Unfortunately, I would not recommend Pinnacle Cottages. My family spent four days enjoying that side of Glacier NP, and there were significant issues with the cottage. Pinnacle is managed by the KOA park a mile down the road. The manager(Barbie) told me that a family owns the cottages but can't agree on anything, so they farmed the management out to... More

The Pinnacle Cottages were in a great location with a glorious view of St. Mary Lake and the mountains. The facility itself was wonderful, like a small house. In hindsight, though, I wouldn't have stayed here. It's perfect for families, since the cottages sleep six, but not as ideal for couples. We didn't need all the space--and it cost us... More

We fell in love with our cottage the moment we walked in the door and saw the view from our large deck. The cottage was absolutely charming. Well-equipped kitchen and nice grill on our deck, which we took full advantage of. Who wouldn't? It made cooking a pleasure to be outside and looking at that view! We are two couples.... More

We were five family members traveling at peak season, so pricey was to be expected. This was a very comfortable two-bedroom cabin with a nice view of the mountains (once you look past the gas station and highway below) and we saw a gorgeous moonlit night over the mountains to the east the first night. We had to call the... More

We spent two nights in our cottage. Check in went smoothly at the KOA campground located about a mile away from the actual cottages. After we signed in and received our key we followed an employee who drove over to the cottages and pointed out which cottage was ours. The price was indeed expensive but we really wanted to stay... We were looking for a place to stay outside the Glacier but on the east side of the park. We found these cottages, and although expensive, they were well worth the expense. We travelled the going to the sun road the entire day and had grocery shopped the night before in Kalispell bringing food in a cooler. The cottages are... More

We stayed nights at the Pinnacle Cottages and loved our stay! Queen beds were good, kitchen was well equipped, and furnishings were new yet with a rustic flair. Check-in and out was super easy. Fresh towels and garbage pick up every day made things so easy!! Very nice place!

We stayed for one night at Cabin 5 and our main regret is that we did not stay longer. Having just come from a very negative experience with a hotel near the West entrance to Glacier, we were kind of dreading seeing this place, especially since when we arrived the registration staff could not locate our reservation. What a relief... More

Spent 3 nights in a cabin with my wife and 2 kids (9, 12). The cabin was amazing and very large with a full kitchen, living area, 2 bedrooms, bath, and a large deck accessible from the living room and both bedrooms. The cost is very high (about $500 per night). Pros: 1. Location: this is the side you want... More

Thank you for your review. Sorry about the problems you experienced during your stay, especially the TP one. That is certainly not the norm and we apologize for the oversight. The loud music down the hill is coming from a bar in town that periodically has karaoke night. The cool evenings and quiet solitude of Glacier just amplify the music... More

These lovely cottages are managed by the KOA campground - the staff there was wonderful and very helpful in reserving and getting settled in the cottages. Outstanding view of lake and Glacier mountains from living/kitchen area and both bedrooms. Very clean and well maintained. So quiet, beds very comfortable. Nice thick towels. Kitchen had all the basics. Our only complaint... More
