My husband and I stayed for two nights while skiing in Red Lodge. Our stay at the Pollard made our trip. The friendly staff were accomadating and fun. Great live music and high end tasty food. The downtown location was very convenient and was great for a night out.

WWe have stayed at the Pollard for many anniversary celebrations over the years. the restaurant has changed chefs many times oveer the years. This year was probably the worst as far as quality of food. our steaks were tough and grisly..WWe love this old hotel but the dinner was disappointing..WWe will stay there again but will eat somewhere else

This is a really nice old school hotel. This is not a modern hotel; this is not a place with a kid friendly pool. This is a very nice hotel with a nice restaurant and pub. We had the suite with a king bed and Jacuzzi in the bathroom. Breakfast was included in our stay; you order from the menu.... More

Love, Love, Love The Pollard!! The service was great and the food was amazing! It may be the most expensive hotel in Red Lodge but it was well worth it. Everyone from the Front Desk to Housekeeping, Servers and Bartenders were very friendly and hospitable. The room we had (king with Jacuzzi and extra living room area overlooking the fireplace... I almost didn't want to review The Pollard because I wanted to keep the secret that it is fabulous :) We moved to this hotel after a disastrous night at The Lupine. The cost is higher BUT our night was SO quiet. The room was a bit smaller than we are used to and it is an older historic hotel,... More

We had the opportunity to stay at The Pollard. It has good ratings on TripAdvisor but I have to say that our experience was not great. While I am all for quaint, this hotel needs freshening up. I love the antiques and ambiance but the heavy curtains, carpets, etc. felt dusty and dirty. After checking in, we entered the elevator... More

We had a nice stay at the Pollard for three nights. The historic ambiance was well-maintained and very charming. The service from all the staff members we encountered was very good as well. Our room was cozy and comfortable, though if you're a sleeper who needs "white noise," you'll have to provide that on your own by bringing a fan... More

I have stayed at most of the hotels in Red Lodge over the years. This trip I thought I would try that "old hotel" down town that was remodeled a few years back. What a surprise! Beautifully restored with the feel of the turn of the century but with all the modern comforts. I had a standard queen room which... More

A wonderful overnight getaway right on Main Street in downtown Red Lodge Mt. The hotel is quite comfortable and cozy and with the added Christmas ambiance you could not ask for a more perfect place to stay during the holiday season. The staff were most professional, warm, and helpful. Breakfast was delightful in the hotel restaurant. While we did not... More
