We lived in this hotel one night when we left Yellowstone. The boss is very kind and the environment of the hotel is also good. And there are a lot of restaurants in this city, even Chinese restaurant.

It was not clean, welcoming. Broken windows held together with duct tape. There is not a pool, it is empty and "under repair". My husband would not stay and the kids were horrified. We paid and left. There are other much better choices.

We stayed here 1 night during the Beartooth Rally, this place had bed bugs, the room was horrible-- found kleenex and garbage behind the little dresser. Bathroom was filthy, hair from past guests and dirt on the floor and in the tub. Owner had teenage boys cleaning the rooms and maintenance. Charged 200$ a night for this and am totally... More

We were in a group of three rooms for two nights in late June. It was very confusing how they set the rooms up - two with two queens and one with king; plus we had a terrible time understanding the gentleman who explained it to us. The rate was quite expensive for the very average or under-average room we... More

Upon entering the west end of the building we did not get a good first impression. The security door was propped open and the carpet and the whole entryway was filthy! Our room appeared clean but upon observation was not. The carpet was very dirty and the room hadn't been cleaned in some time. We had a disgusting whirlpool tub... More

This hotel was great! Our room was clean, cool, and there were no dirty towels or other items. We had several rooms booked in our reservation, and not one of them was dirty or unkept. The pool shows it's age yes, but at the same time it is a HUGE expense to redo a pool, and it really does not... More

Be forewarned this place is very tired, worn and dirty. The "extras" you are paying for, such as the exercise room with broken equipment, the continental breakfast that is really just cereal and toast, the unhealthy looking pool, are not worth it. If this place was charging $49 per night, I might say go ahead if you're just looking for... More

This is an awful place. Found it on Priceline, so I thought it would be safe. We only needed a place to sleep. Got in around 10. Checked in, went to the room on the second floor - lugged luggage up from our two week vacation. There is NO ELEVATOR! Room had dirty towels and bugs. We got out money... More

I admit, I booked this place because it was cheap and all we really needed was a place to lay our head after a busy day at Yellowstone. The outside is VERY rundown with duct tape on the patio door. Inside isn't too bad however they had clear packing tape on the ceiling where the cracks were in our room?!... More

My mom and I were told our room would be 149.00. We were charged 15.00 more dollars than I had expected. The walls are paper thin, can hear everything in the hallway. WiFi did not work through the Lupine site. Had to hook up to another hotel. I was told that our room we had reserved had 2 beds. It... More
