This was our second stay here so we knew what to expect. This is an old hotel with creaky wooden floors and dated furnishings and linens. The hot tub was hot and the pool provided the desired contrast and we had a decent nights sleep which was all we expected. No comment on the breakfast as the whole reason we... More

I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews but this hotel needs some serious TLC. I booked this hotel for a mom-son ski getaway because it was affordable and had a pool/hot tub which was important to my son. It was quite a disappointment. I am generally not a picky person when it comes to hotels but this one needed help. After... More

Overall, we had a nice experience. Jay upgraded us to a king bed room after I booked queen. The bed & pillows were very comfortable & our stay was pleasant. Excellent location for our ski trip. For us this hotel worked well & I got a good deal with who I booked through!

Was in a double room. Ended up having to goto single room for a portion of the stay, due to a skiers convention. No microwaves in any of the rooms. All rooms had kitchnettes, which is great, unless you are prepared for use of microwave. Breakfast was never served, although sign said it would be. Public computer is not updated.... More

This hotel is a total disaster. There are windows simply held together by ductape. The rooms are dirty, smell, and are obviously rarely cleaned. The bathroom is disgusting, and the pool is dirty and when we went there it was closed for a bug infestation. The breakfast is only a mess of a waffle maker that has never been cleaned,... More

Doesn't deserve a star! The first room we were put in was completely filthy and the bedding, including sheets and pillow cases had human and pet hair AND white, crusted substance. After requesting a different room, the manager (who hardly spoke English) had us point out what was wrong with the bedding, and proceeded to argue with us about how... More

Star rating is grossly exaggerated. Big, dirty room with old brown carpet and stained chairs. Leaky tub that took forever to drain. Meager brekkie in a dirty alcove served for just two hours, though there is a nice on-demand coffee machine. Frigid pool and hot tub cool to the touch, even though it produced prolific bubbles. Can hear every noise... More

People were accommodating. Was ok for one night. For a Saturday night it was very quiet. Shower was hot and cold and mat to use in the bathroom needed cleaned. Breakfast was good, coffee hot. Probably not stay here again.
